Everything is great . Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good and hot . The staff is very professional and polite

Would highly recommend. The room was great and bed was comfortable. Had to wait for shuttle but still overall worth waiting for. Had an issue with room door that was quickly addressed and fixed. If traveling back to the area would stay here.

My experience with Holiday Inn. First they sent a shuttle without the name of their Hotel. But that wasn't the problem it had broken seats. It was dirty. We stop to pickup up crews for Spirit Airlines and when we got to the hotel it was nothing like the pictures on the outside. On the door it was rated a D can you imagine pull up and seeing you book a hotel 10months in advance and it has a D rating. We were so upset. Lobby looked okay look like they just clean the rugs which was great wanted to our room I like the rub are still

Loved the fact we had a shuttle service pick us up & drop us off at La Guardia airport. Upon arrival to the hotel, there is a ramp and steps. There was only one person at the desk, which took a bit longer to check-in. Nonetheless, she super awesome. The room was decent on the first floor, bathroom and room was very clean. The lounging area in the lobby was clean, you can eat, play games, and enjoy watching TV the shuttle staff. They were very friendly and funny at times. 24 hr coffee! BREAKFAST: Everyday they had different hot breakfast (sausage links, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, regular bacon,and potatoes). They had a good variety of bread, muffins, cookies, pancakes, yogurts, cereal, juices, coffee, and fruits. They even had oatmeal and hot chocolate. The kitchen staff were amazing! Lovely hard working ladies, friendly, kind, and always at our service. My 82 year old mom, was spoiled by them everyday. The location is amazing down the block going west from the hotel you have Dominoes, Dunkin Donuts, and Dollar Tree. Another block over you have the Big Six shopping center: supermarket, a real pizzeria, and a pharmacy, where you can buy metro cards for the bus and train. Across from Queens Blvd, going west you have the Q60 bus, it is a 30-40 mins ride into NYC. In front of the Dollar Tree, going east, Q60 you will see shopping centers, Queens Center Mall, Rego Park Center, other businesses and restaurants. We will definitely pick this hotel again!

The staff was amazing

I like the space in the room (very roomy) which created easy movement. I do also like to add that the idea of a kitchenette is great but ensure there are plates and cutlery for guests use. Thank you.

Property was clean and close to the airport

I very much liked the quality of the hotel features; very clean, very quiet. Excellent room. Very good breakfast. Shuttle service to Laguardia is a major plus, but it took a while for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, plus I had a long wait getting a hold of the front desk to request the shuttle. Otherwise, very good hotel experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the breakfast and comfort of room. We ended up adding an extra day due to sudden illness and were delighted to stay again.

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It had a nice gym which I appreciate and a pretty expansive breakfast. The room was quite comfortable.

Unattractive neighborhood, no off site parking options.

Ideal location for LaGuardia Airport, especially as there is a free shuttle bus to the Airport. Only a short walk, less than 10 minutes to the Local Subway Station that takes you directly into Grand Central Station and Times Square. Slightly limited number of places to dine in the area, but plenty of options for food to be delivered to the Hotel.

Well located close to LaGuardia. Relatively new and very clean overall. Better than average hot breakfast with lots of choices though some fruit would be nice. Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. Not many food options nearby. A Subway, pizza place, and I finally used a Mexican food truck. Rooms are basic but clean. Reasonably priced for NY. Airport shuttle was right on time.

Spacious rooms, nice breakfast, nice staff, new facility. Location close to the airport but hard to find entrance and roads around it not safe for walking. I had a hard time to find the way to the entrance and took a few rounds before identifying the correct road.

The staff here were all so very friendly and helpful!!! We were given great local dining recommendations as we had arrived earlier than check-in and looking for lunch. Our check-in process was also super smooth and we were able to store our luggage prior to receiving our rooms which allowed us to explore the area around us while waiting. Front desk staff were also quite knowledgeable of the immediate area as well as transportation into the city which was only a short walk from the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood was charming and we felt safe to walk the blocks to and from the metro station as well as the convenience shops up the road. The hotel and rooms were very clean as should be expected. Our a/c worked fabulously!!! Breakfast was a full buffet each morning with plenty of options and staff were constantly refilling as well as tidying the dining area for new guests. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely return!!

The hotel is one of the most cleanest, modern, and a much cheaper option when I was staying. The staff is very outstanding when it comes to helpfulness. Overall a 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely stay here once again the next time I come to NY
