Very professional attitude at the front desk

This place is strategically located for us to visit family and do other things in Orlando. It is at the intersection of I4 and 417 and easily accessible. It is a basic overnight with plenty of hot water in the shower and a kitchenette if you need it. The front staff is welcoming. We had one problem...the heat/AC fan would never turn off and there was a breeze in the room all night.

Great clean place to stay. The folks were so accommodating and friendly and the room was clean and quiet. We weren’t there but one night as was staying the night after my granddaughters wedding but if I ever need to be in the area again this is where I will stay!

Elevator was down during stay. Hallway and stairwells smelled disgusting - smoke and dirty shoes. Room was ok. Could use a good deep cleaning.
We were told breakfast would be muffins, eggs, hot cereal, fruit, the next morning, only thing down there were Nutri Grain granola bars. For the price, disappointing. AC was not on in room upon check in so it was musty and hot.

The elevator was oit of service had to climb to the 4th floor, did not offer to carry luggage. Unacceptable. Will never use the location again.

Stayed at this property twice. First time, no problem. Second time collected 3 roaches, was moved, then next day found one roach was given a roach trap. Otherwise the facility was fine

I never stayed before at hotel that showed hair dyer under a room bathroom amenities. But when you get there they tell you. You have to go to the front desk to get a hair dyer. Because they don’t put them in the rooms. They should take it off their room amenities if it not in the room.

Stayed here due to an early flight out of Sanford the next morning. It had kind of a hard to find location behind a Best Buy. We were checked in quickly. The 4:30 a.m. attendant told us to simply leave the key cards on the front desk as she was busy with something else. Had to check out before breakfast was offered so no review of that. Room and hallways all seemed very clean. Room was quiet with no disturbances. About 15 minutes from airport which was convenient.

We had ants in our first room. The second room we were moved to had issues with the air conditioning. It was 83 degrees and took 8 hours to get to 73.

It was very clean and quiet. We brought our dogs and it was $25/day/dog which was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and gave us extra blankets and made check in and out quick. The shower pressure was great and it was hot. No mold or anything anywhere. Fridge and counters were very clean. Our only issues were the bed being so uncomfortable and it was humid. When we first walked in it was 61. I moved it to 70 and the humidity took over. Everything because slightly damp. We had to turn it back down to prevent it.

This was a terrible stay I got there at 3:00 they stated rooms would not be available until 3:45pm the room was filthy! I was so miserable during my stay.

Pleasantly surprised by this gem. I needed somewhere quick to rest while traveling and didn’t want to spend a lot. Well thus exceeded my expectations- very clean, customer service a 10 and amazing location. It’s basic but nice and you even get a decent breakfast to get you started..

The room was dirty, roaches were crawling in the bathroom. We got into the room around 1am and 30 minutes after got a call from front desk, that we were doing so much noise, and all we did was get in, put stuff away and rest... 4 hours later we left
the room. I tried to upload pictures, but the system didnt work.

Front desk staff was rude and asked my partner for an ID. The booking was under my name why did she have to show her id on the 2nd night of stay. She tried to treat us like a prisoner. She is from the hood so she think she could treat people the same way. My partner got in a heated argument with the staff and the manager told me that I am banned from extended stay for good. I am going to file with bbb.org and my congress man. I will see you in court.

The room appeared to be clean and had everything you needed. My plane was very late and the front desk accommodated my late arrival. But There were bugs and cockroaches in the room. I was too tired to do anything about it!

The staff was amazing. My plane was late arriving so I checked in in the middle of the night and the team was so caring and supportive. I felt cared for and was able to sleep well! The property was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Highly recommend.
