Our room had a horrible smell. A mix of smoke and musk.

While most staff are good. Here are couple of issues. 1. As it is extended stay I want to tidy up the room and I asked the cleaning lady for a sweeper which is in the cleaning trolley there and she was not cooeprative saying me buy your own. Another cleaner male person was generous enough to spare the sweeper later on. 2. The same cleaning lady was clearning post 6 am when coffee machine needs to be opened and was the same again saying that coffee machine only after 6 am while it is 6:10. Later she was ok to rush and bring the coffee. These things could be improved. 3. Check out time while is 11 am I asked for an extension as was there for 10 days and the staff said on the dot at 11:00 AM. I understand that sometimes it cannot be extended but the way they communicate matters. Just that don't expect much support from staff, they just go by the rules. Otherwise the suites were ok for the price.

Had some issues with payment but they are really nice and helpful. The new manager is doing a good job with managing the place.

Front desk wouldn't take my fiance's temp id. They were super rude and wouldn't let me extend, but I looked online, plenty of rooms were available. Not sure what their problem was, but they were not friendly at all with us.

Dirty, unsafe, terrible costumer service

Hotel had a strange odor. We requested room service and was told they don’t provide daily room service only at checkout.

This is an extended stay hotel. Therefore they run it like a prison. The mattress was one step above and air mattress and the pillows might have just have been filled with paper. There were bug droppings. visible so I put everything in the refrigerator so i wouldn't bring home pests. Sketchy guests malingered outside the hotel at check in. The housekeepers knocked heavily on the door in the morning well before check out. Pay the $30 bucks more and stay somewhere that you can get a good night's sleep.

The people were nice as was were the public areas. The floors in our room, however, were caked in food and mud. Also, the room wasn’t fully set up. If you go, bring dishwasher detergent and some of your own cleaning supplies so that you don’t have to pay extra.

It was not clear this was an extended stay property. We may have chosen differently if we had known that. We also did not realize that dogs were Welcome. This may have been something I overlooked. It was clean and check in easy

I had the worst experience at this hotel. After checking in at the hotel, I had a stomachache and needed to use the toilet urgently, but the toilet in my room could not be flushed, which made me and my other half have a very embarrassing experience. After the staff changed the room for us, we found that the hotel elevator and our room both have a sugnigicant hygiene issue and there were some unknown stains on the sheets. More importantly, the surroundings of the hotel and the people around the hotel let us feel really uncomfortable- of being in a very unsafe place. When I asked to leave early and asked if I could get a refund, I was refused, which was very disappointing. We booked 2 nights but we DID NOT even stay there, we left straight away and went to another hotel. (BTW front desk closes at 10PM) The staff was friendly tho...

Disgusting, dirty, unsafe. Homeless living onsite in there cars, the front office people are ghetto, nasty people. Unsure how they are working here. Hallways bd rooms smell like pee.

The internet does not work at all tried to even pay for it. Nothing tried to get ahold of staff nothing.

It was a decent stay. The price point was amazing and the overall stay was fine. Just super noisy and it was gross dirty but it also wasn't super clean. Lots of fingerprints on the appliances and just some unswept areas. The staff weren't the friendliest either but they weren't rude just not the kindest.

microwave was not working and the floor was dirty in our room upon checking in . The lobby smelt so bad I thought 150$ was ridiculous amount for the deposit. Absolutely not staying there again.

Canceled soon after we got to the room. Smelled awful, dogs everywhere, people smoking weed right outside the entrance. We canceled and went to another hotel.

Clean, spacious. Staff helpful & very professional. Quiet except for some traffic noise which settled by evening. easy to locate. I would definitley stay here again

The night shift personnel was helpful and accommodating. She fulfilled the responsibilities of the day time person by getting us extra bedding for sofa-bed. We booked a two—bed room and was moved to a one bed with sofa.

Smell of old cigarette smoke was present in bathroom and some parts of the room did not feel very clean

There was a loud sound during my stay.

The room was basic and felt a bit like a dorm room, but it was very clean and also a kitchenette (which wasn't something we would have used just for one night). There were the basic necessities - two towels, two facecloths, two pillows - less than what I've experienced at other hotels but worked fine. The front desk staff was friendly when we checked in; however, there was no staff available in the morning when checking out (the front desk was rollered shut). For the price, it was ok and sufficed for our one-night stay.

Front desk attendant was nice to me but dismissive and rude to my trans partner. They require you take every bag of garbage to the dumpster as you leave or charge $25 per bag left in the room. The floor mats, towels, and sheets were stained, along with many holes in the walls and missing paint. There was a cockroach in my room at the end of my stay. The noise level is 8/10 pretty much all the time with people above you and shouting in the hallways. The front desk closes overnight so there is no quick assistance if you need it, just a phone number to call. Would not stay here again.

This was my first stay. Check-In was seamless. Theresa was very helpful and has a great sense of humor. This is an "extended stay" hotel and there were many cars in the parking lot but there is ample parking. I was surprised to see a full-sized refrigerator in my room and a large microwave oven. The kitchenette also had plates, glasses, flatware, and a couple of pots and pans. Ideal for someone staying there for awhile. The WiFi connection was excellent as was the programming available on the TV. The bed was wonderful. Pets are allowed and there was a little bit of barking going on in the hallway but not for long. Al-in-all an enjoyable stay and I'll book again the next time I have to go to McChord Field.
