I booked two nights here to get some much needed "cool down" time from my teens (19 & 17) at home and it was close to my job. It was cheap, available last minute, offered smoking rooms, free Wifi and free parking. The staff was kind to me when I showed up and even let me check in early. However, my room #206 must of been where they put the addicts, the amount of filth was staggering; things left behind from the previous stay, blood stained sheets, dust everywhere, the pungent smell of bleach and cigarettes, burn marks all over... I did my best sanitization, slept on top the covers and powered through because the alternative was to go back home and drag my kids through the house risking jail or sleeping in my car risking citations and possibly death from over zealous law enforcement... so I made the best choice. But seriously, if you don't have to stay here... Don't.

Our stay was cool , especially the friendly staff. My concern is the uncleanliness of the inside , especially doors and walls. Some linen were having burns from cigarettes i guess.

This is not a fancy motel and the furnishings are basic, but for the price it is a great value, especially given its convenient location in downtown Media. Short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops, and a quick shot to Philly. Recommended.

Check in was smooth & easy. Gentleman checking us in was friendly/helpful. Our room was on the second floor and required stairs to access. Not a problem for us. The rooms are quite small. They were clean & well kept. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a quality place to stay on a budget. Just keep in mind the limited space due to the room size when considering the property.

The Trolley stop is in a fantastic location, Media is amazing!
The Trolley Stop how ever, wasn't.
The rooms are shabby, crampt and not as clean as youd expect for $90. A night.
The staff is also isn't very friendly or accommodating. Definitely stick to check out by 11 am.
I stayed there while in between apartments and should have looked for a better deal but in a pinch What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

Checked in wasnt in the room more than 2 minutes before trying to use the bathroom and the biggest cockroach was in side toliet bowl. Grabbed our belongings and went down to front desk, they offered to switch rooms. I said absolutely not where there is one there is more. They agreed to a full refund after a bit of a fight only to find out 2 days after we left they wont refund my money. Lady at front desk told me they have an exterminator coming, the size of that toach leads me to belive its a lie. I wasnt bringing home any cockroaches. So ended up getting a room at fairfield inn in the city. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a better room without the change of bugs.
