Trina, the front desk clerk that checked us in was the absolute best! She exemplified everything you’d want in a staff member. She was informative, helpful, kind, gracious and went the extra step to make our stay even better! The room was excellent and my family loved the outdoor hot tub patio!

We really like this hotel. We were a little surprised to see some pizza had fallen in our hallway and it was never cleaned up in the 2 days we’re there. Not sure where housekeeping was. However, overall we like this place and will stay again.

The hotel was perfect. The location was close to Yellowstone while allowing us to enjoy Cody. The staff are super friendly. The gentleman who is in charge of breakfast each day does an excellent job of keeping everything fresh and full. He is extremely efficient and friendly. Great experience.

This property was amazing!! The hotel is new and very modern! The room and bathroom were spacious with lots of amenities- free breakfast, microwave, and refrigerator in the room, plus soap, lotion, and conditioner supplied in the shower.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! I was actually very surprised and wish I had booked a longer stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well! Would love to come back!

Great location for the rodeo. Parking was a bit tight. Hotel clean and staff was friendly. We stayed on the second floor and could hear people above us moving around in the morning. Maybe ask for top floor to avoid this?

This hotel is so nice. Everything was clean and updated. The breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. The outdoor hot tub and patio/grill area is an added bonus. The lobby is a great place to hang out after a long day in Yellowstone.

I had no idea when I booked this property that it was located on the outskirts of Cody. We were looking forward to enjoying the environment and lovely culture of Cody and were extremely disappointed when we got here. This is a newer property that is contemporary and nicely decorated. I liked the electric window shades. What I don't like is that there is no sound attenuation between floors, which indicates low budget construction. There were young kids directly above us and they were running and jumping and that sound is really loud in the floor below.

We booked a double queen suite for our family of six. Wonderfully spacious room, the staff had even left extra towels to accommodate our family and save us a trip to the front desk. We also appreciated the guest laundry facility as we were mid trip and needed to wash a few items.

Only “complaint” somehow we were able to hear conversations through the bathroom vent from other rooms. We closed the door but could still hear noises. It didn’t bother us, we were so tired and had a great rest anyways.
