Newer hotel is well-cared for, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good with hot food as well as cereal, etc. Only strange thing I noticed is there were no electrical outlets in our bathroom. I recommend staying here. Good value for the price.

Good handicapped bathroom. Shower had built-in bench, grab bars and shower gel and water controls were easy for me to reach. We stay here whenever we can!

I really appreciate how clean and comfortable the room was. The bathroom had excellent counter and hanging space. Love the full size walk in shower. Tubs are obnoxious so thank you for not having a tub. Really love the hooks in the room for coats and such.

Beautiful property and beautiful room, I would have given 5 stars but the front desk lady was unapproachable, rude and unwelcoming. She made it seem like we were a nuisance just walking up to the counter to check in. Friendly customer service goes a long ways.

The room was spacious, but it wasn’t completely clean. There were drink and food marks on furniture and hair visible in the shower. It made me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned properly:/

We loved it!! By far the best hotel we’ve stayed when visiting Portland and this will be our go to from now on. I love their set up in the restroom with the shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious their egg omelettes. The pool was so much fun. The staff was very friendly when responding to questions or inquiries. This hotel is lovely and the best part for me is how clean and neatly this hotel is. Our room was magnificent. Love it!!

The room was pretty nice with the only cleanliness issue being a couple of minor stains on the bedspread. Customer service was rushed but wasn't rude. My real issue was the thin walls. My neighbors kept me up for hours. Grown men stayed up gossiping like schoolgirls at a sleepover until after 3.30am. Headphones didn't work as they didn't fully block out the noise. Then at 9am housekeeping was knocking on my door, 2 hours before checkout, which woke me up. Normally I have patience for that but after being kept up most of the night because of thin walls I needed all the sleep I could get, not woken up prematurely (5 hrs of sleep) because they wanted to rush me out.

This hotel seems to be catering to long-term rentals to large numbers of big company service workers whose large trucks filled the parking areas, almost to capacity. There were very few non-long-term guests. Staff was very blase about an overflowing toilet in my room caused by a maintenance man in my room who had come to unplug a toilet. That left toilet water and soggy bath tissue all over the floor. It took three visits to the front desk over six hours to get the bathroom cleaned and the service tech who came didn't seem to be overly concerned. No one apologized for the inconvenience. To top it off, breakfast was really ho hum with some scrambled eggs that had previously been cooked some time earlier, no fruit except bananas, and a very poor selection of tea for the non-coffee drinkers. This will be my last Hampton stay. The brand has clearly slipped.

Perfect spot. Not a lot of hotel activity nearby. Very close to everything. It met all our needs except that my reservation was for 2 queen bed as we were 3 adults. The room had 1 king and a couch pull out bed. It was very inconvenient but we had to just deal with it due to our busy schedule.

I really appreciate the handicapped amenities: no barriers to rolling my wheelchair around the room, especially entering the bathroom, water controls and bath gel etc mounted on the back wall of the shower within my easy reach while sitting on the shower bench, a sliding bathroom that doesn't get in the way of maneuvering my wheelchair., and the bed isn't too high so I don't struggle to climb in. Excellently thought out handicapped room!

The hotel itself was very good. Our check in process was not. We arrived very late due to flight delays and, even though we called the hotel 3 times to alert them of our late arrival, no one was there to check us in when we arrived. We waited more than an hour to find someone to check us into a room.

It was nice and clean and I really liked my name on tv screen in my room welcoming. Only my concern was that there was a construction on big building right next my room and it was a little noisy.

The free breakfast was great. We stayed a weeklong so it was very convenient and they had a variety of choices. The hot l is very clean and friendly staff. It is one of my faves when visiting from out if state. Also my grand daughter stays with us when we visit and she loves the pool. Thank you for keeping the pool warm by the way. This is definitely our favorite place.

Our room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the pool was the perfect temperature. There weren’t very many towels in our room but other than that we had everything we needed.
