The property has easy & quick access to the I69 freeway in both south& north directions. It is above the freeway so there was negligible noise. The Management was very quick to respond to requests. The location was very quiet with no noise. The room was very large, very clean and fully equipped for my needs. The location is close to Deerbrook Mall (across a river) and close to Kingwood Dr. with large quantity of restaurants. A breakfast with coffee and hot water for other drinks, juices, waffles, apples, nutrition bars... was provided. The room charge was economical. It is highly recommended and it is very likely that I will return.

The room was very clean, comfortable and felt like home. The staff was very intentional about ensuring that the room was well-appointed. Very kind, acommodating and professional staff.

Breakfast left much to be desired

Only small pack of shampoo for one time use available in the bathroom for guests use. No tv remote for the tv, why?

The property was excellent. Just I was put upstairs and my daughter is autistic and there were come plaints. I let the front desk know but I felt so bad for those under us. We tried to keep my baby quiet.

Is clean and is close to do stuff

When it rains ur sliding on mud in between the two properties. The late night shift guy with the pony tail, at the gas station was very nice, funny, and understanding guy.

We pulled up and there were multiple cops there, when we called the hotel they said it was for a "wellness check" and insisted wverything was fine. She was rude about it and we didnt feel safe staying so we stayed somewhere else.

Smelled marijuana the entire time we were there.

Clean with good personal. Aeration fan in bathroom did not work. So imagine the smell staying after using the restroom. Coffee maker and coffee placed in bathroom. I wonder who has that idea. Besides that the place is fine and safe to stay at.

Front desk and customer service were extremely nice but there was mold in our room from the a/c unit and after a night of sleeping there, we had sinus inflammation and headaches after waking up. There were also a few stray hairs on a pillow that was not from us. Everything else was actually nice. Really wish there wasn't mold because we probably would've stayed there for longer.

The room was clean and staff helpful. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

I traveled from California to Texas for business trip and I was looking at many places and reviews as well and one thing I have to say the room I was in was really clean the place was clean as well great staff helpful had to leave early due to the weather but they helped no problem

The property is clean and as shown in the website. Simple coffee, waffle & dry cereals ……very good for hotel the price point.

The room itself was fine, but I had a terrible experience with the man at the front desk. I'd reserved the room online through expedia, where you use your credit card to hold the space, but then pay when you arrive. Day of, I called in the morning to confirm my reservation, and to let them know I'd be arriving at 11pm. At 10:45pm, while I was on the road struggling to find the place, I get an angry call from the front desk demanding to know if I'm still coming and threatening to sell the room since I wasnt there. Even after telling him I'd already called to confirm, and that I would be there in 15 minutes, he was still rude and condescending, and I could barely get him off the phone. My check-in experience (same man) when I arrived a few minutes later was equally bad. I've never written a negative review before, and like I said, the place itself was fine for a budget motel, but that is NO way to treat customers, whether they've paid in advance or not.

Great front desk staff, very friendly Clean rooms & comfy bed. Also love that there is a loveseat & table in the room. Bathroom lighting is great!

Out of the way location makes for better pricing, quieter area and less chance of parking lot theft. Parking was slightly cramped but the layout made it more secure than most lots in a budget motel. Super clean and new looking facility.

The bed and pillows were surprisingly more comfortable than many hotels I've stayed at and everything appeared to be well cleaned.
