Comfortable, nice big refrigerator

Location, busy road, construction next door, bathroom sink way too high

Didn't care for the hotel. Kind of old didn't eat breakfast or go to breakfast

How it looked on the outside

The person who checked me in was friendly.

There was a family in the room above me who had a child that kept running around the room for hours. I went to the front desk for assistance the first time I think about 10:30. I was told that I could not change rooms, (even though there were plenty of empty parking spots) and that he would speak with the people in that room. It did not stop. I went back to the front desk I think around 1:00 and the employee told me that he would talk to the people again. When he spoke with them the second time they told him that the child was in bed, which wasn't true since he kept running around the room. I told the employee that I really needed sleep and did I need to sleep in my car? He told me that I could speak with the owner the next morning around 9:00 but this did not help me since I needed to leave the hotel before that time. The bottom line is that I did not sleep at all that night because of the situation and I am still very unhappy about it.

LONG wait for low pressure hot water in shower that left me standing in slow draining water. Lamp USB plugs not charging. Room door dragging, not opening fully. Wall switch at door filthy. Instant coffee machine makes terrible coffee. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. No street noise in room.

I never had the breakfast but I've heard great things about it.

I didn’t like the fact that they were very stingy on the towels. You would have to ask for towels multiple times bc they didn’t give you what you asked for the first time.
