Parking is not free! Overall good safe place

The room is spacious and the gym has all the up to date equipment. There are too much rubbish surrounding the building and the garage entrance was difficult to find and access.

Fabulous service, installation, the place is clean, quiet.

The hotel itself is beautiful! Tucked in and nit really a lot from the outside, but very artistic, peaceful, and pretty from the inside. Staff was very friendly at Check-in and Check-out (did not do any further interaction nor used the extras on the 6th floor, like the pool or the restaurant). Parking was $30 a night, but very convenient and close to the elevator that takes you to your floor/room, and we never struggled to find parking. The room was nice & spacious, and the amenities were pretty unique! I was surprised with the make-up removal wipe and face soap... way to think of us ladies! The only negative was that the A/C never felt like it cooled the room down. At one point we lowered it to 69 degrees and I was still feeling hot and sweating. Ended up sleeping without any cover... and I always keep my A/C at 77 degrees at home. Other than this, the property is worth it and walking distance to a Target plaza with other shops like Ulta, Whole Foods, Pet Smart and else.

I was in the area for a surgery. I requested a wake up call that I never received. I am thankful that my phone alarm worked or I would have been late and unable to have my procedure.

We go out of our way to stay at this hotel because the staff, facilities and location are excellent t!

$30.00 per night to park. $22.00 each for a standard hotel breakfast. Built in gratuity at the restaurant.

July made my stay so much more pleasurable. She was so helpful and attentive especially when the luggage cart was left on one one the floors by a guest who did not return in to the lobby. She found it and took it up to my room so I could check out on time. So grateful!

The parking was very expensive in the Hotel, per day was 30$!

The hotel was very nice staff friendly, the two bartenders on the 6th floor outstanding service, the only thing is before you go there you need to know than you have to pay the parking fee and is $30 dollars per day very disappointing, breakfast not included they offer there but you need to know that is not the best and is very expensive for what they offer

Loved the place

Great hotel close enough to the hard rock stadium. But you will have to drive unless you wanna walk 2 miles or so.

The bathroom area was good. The shower was spacious and the water temperature was easy to adjust.

The hotel itself was pretty good. My room was super cold but someone came to help quickly to adjust. Outside the hotel there was quite a bit of construction going on so nothing to look at. Once you move about that and walk around it was good. Hallandale beach was close and made it better. The rooftop pool area was just okay. Someone cleaned the area daily but it was just okay. Since it was my first time at a hotel like this I was unsure about the cabanas and how to get service out there so I opted to leave and go to the beach. Overall I would stay again. It was quiet for Memorial Day weekend at the hotel. I appreciated that part.

Didn’t like the customer service

Door broken to room, plumbing made loud noises. Besides that service and everything else was great

They did not have enough staff to clean the rooms. I needed to call several times. Calling to the main desk to ask a question or if I needed anything, no one would ever pick up the phone. Maybe they did not have enough staff.

Parking $30 per car

The staff locked me out of my room twice and my children. I spoke to the manager he apologized. He said to contact him in case anything else occurs and asked how he could accommodate this situation. Stated that he would drop all the charges however I got billed 188 a night when you guys said it was 120 something anyway and they said that’s a problem with Expedia us they charge two different credit cards for the same amount
