Great room however safe was not working .although we reported it when we arrived it was only fixed the next day so it was most inconvenient to carry our valuables around town.
These sort of things should be checked by the room agent every day before releasing a room.

Great location within walking distance to the beach which was nice to watch the sunrise. Everything was clean and fresh. We had an end balcony room which was very nice. I wish the shower had a door instead of just one stationary glass. The bed was comfortable but it would be nice to have pillow options that aren’t feathers. Pool area was super nice and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even though breakfast wasn’t included the French Toast with Strawberries was good but it would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast. It’s unfortunate they charge for parking a car. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay.

Location, across from Fort Clinch State Park which is fun for biking! The room was pretty clean but not spotless lol! I had an ocean view and balcony which was nice but not very private. $15 per night for parking is unusual but I felt like my car and bike were safe which was nice. The food was ok and available which was nice. Fitness center and pool was great! I would stay again.

Ordered oceanfront room with balcony and paid for two breakfast for 42$. Room was across street from beach with another hotel and restaurant between my hotel and the beach. Breakfast was suppose to be a buffet but it was a Starbucks and they gave us a coupon for $30 for the 2 breakfasts. Our breakfast cost approximately $46 not including tip and with no coffee refills. Disappointed. They said take it up with the third party you booked through. Paid $306 total for one night one room including tax. Next day got room across street oceanfront for $100 less. It included breakfast buffet.

The only problem we encountered was checking in. The hotel is Springhill Suites and Courtyard. We went left and we had to turn around and go left after we waited in line to check in only to be told we had to turn around. Not a big deal
But it was confusing because they both share the same parking lot and pool.

Worst shower I've ever had... hardly any water pressure. It was just a drizzle and on top of that the shower drain (as well as the sink} has very slow drainage so the tub became slippery with more than an inch of water due to the slow drainage. Additionally, I have called and left 2 messages for Lost & Found {Housekeeping Dept} because I left something in the room. But no one calls back. I know exactly where I left the items in the room, but I'm sure, based on their non response so far , that I will never see those earrings again.
