Close to venues

this facility was chosen based on location to our itinerary for the area and pricing. You never know what you’re gonna get with Holiday Inn locations, at least in previous experiences. This particular location was top-notch and unexpected. It is a newer location, so that helps with the modern aesthetics, cleanliness, and overall great condition of the facility and the room furniture. We did arrive an hour earlier than check-in, my only complaint would be, that I stood in the lobby for several minutes while three different staff members walked by and never said anything to me before the front desk clerk saw me and assisted me for checking in. we enjoyed our stay and was happy to have the in-house restaurant for breakfast. I would say the breakfast was nice option rather than typical continental packaged goods. however very limited menu to choose from so if you are particular or have food restrictions, this may not be an option for you , otherwise, dining is readily close by at the West Gate shopping center down the street. We had dinner at the Greek Mediterranean restaurant and it was delicious. Hotel does not charge for parking which is nice to find in a big city and with an 11 o’clock check out that was gracious too . We would recommend this facility for single travelers, couples, families. This site does have a pool. We plan to add this site to our favorites for future stay in Phoenix area overnight.

Great place very clean and quiet

My wife and I were visiting our daughter when we were asked to babysit their 3 yo unplanned. The hotel was very accommodating by providing the crib for us at the last minute. All FD agents were friendly and professionals. Nisha and another gentleman from the breakfast staff were kind and super helpful. All staff from housekeeping were also respectful and kind. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for your excellent customer service! We highly recommend this place to stay when in town!

Very nice property. Giant rooms abd bathroom. One of the better I've stayed in this year, and i travel a lot.

No electricity when check in! Blamed it on monsoon stayed 5 day shower was horrible no pressure kept on shutting off!!!

I was having problems with the ATM and the desk clerk went out of her way to fix the problem by showing me the steps i wasnt aware of. Much appreciated.

It would be easier if you allowed guests to assign times for room cleaning. I was still showering or getting ready everytime houskeeping knocked. I didnt need anything, but having the very small garbage emptied wouldve been nice

The most important thing for me and maybe most of us travelers, is quality of sleep and the shower commodities when we stay at a hotel. At this location tho wasnt was i expected, the water presurre in the bathroom was almost inexistent. It goes from weak for couple of seconds to a complete stop for 5 seconds. The same goes at the vanity, barely can wash your teeth. So i went to the front office and the only thing they could told me was that they're very sorry and trying to resolve this problem fast, but unfortunately they didn't even when i was checking out of room after 2 nights and 3 days. So even tho the room was clean and overall was good enough for me, this solely ongoing problem with water was very annoying and uncomfortable for me. The management need to address this issue fast, if they care for their business. And as for me i would not stay again at this hotel location.

Great place. Very new, just had one year anniversary. The attached restaurant/bar, (Crooked Pint), is very nice. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds and furniture.

Brand new and super clean

Horrible Hotel! Stayed with the Family and received a call from the front desk when my 4 yr old was in the tub that we were being to noisy. They said that the noise was coming from rooms in that vicinity. I explained how ridiculous this was because our room was very quiet. I called back later to talk to a manager on staff and the man said he was the manager and he was sorry. Not even 2 minutes after the call, a security guard knocked on the door and said that noise was coming from that vicinity and he would call the Glendale police if noise continued. I invited him in and ask him if the TV was to noisy? He said no. My 4 yr old said daddy, is the police going come here? It was harassment in every way and they needed to address who was really making all of the noise, not knock on doors and accuse people of this. We would of left the hotel but it was late. I went to the front desk and asked for a full refund. The desk clerk said that she was sorry and took my name, number and email and said that they would get a hold of Expedia and get the refund handled. No call backs from her or her manager. The Soccer games was going on between Panama and Columbia so they were trying to sort through other problems as we were waiting in line. They cancelled other people’s rooms, we’re on the phone trying to downgrade rooms and move people who were already in rooms. So unprofessional! I will never stay or spend my money at a Holiday Inn.

Vouchers for breakfast in the restaurant was a really nice upgrade from the normal cereal and coffee

The hotel appears to be recently built so there is really no issues to report.
