Hotel was great, the area around the property is a little sketchy. My friend and i were on a long road trip and just needed a place to sleep and a shower. This place was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

the water pressure was so-so. The pool was closed, which was made worse because when i checked in I mentioned to the clerk, i was looking forward to laying around the pool.

Oh my lord. Do not come to this terrible town please. This hotel is new but, big but, it is terribly dirty, bugs everywhere, and when we told front desk this lady just said I’ll tell them. Tell who? I have no idea, she just went back to coloring, yep you heard me right she was coloring this grown 30 year old woman was coloring. The town is in the middle of two prisons, they only have 2 super markets, the only dining options is dennys and sizzlers. The only good thing about this hotel was the ac.

Nice staff, room was clean but was missing some items in the bathroom. The knob in the tub to turn on the shower was broke also.

Very helpful staff…it was really hot outside and she showed me where to conveniently fill my gallon jug with water, and gave me complimentary, high quality toothbrush & toothpaste to replace ones I’d forgotten. Included breakfast was great…fresh fruit and yogurt were nice additions.

Two items to improve:
Add Electronic Vehicle charging/parking.
Ask the city to improve the main roads leading up to the property, they are very bad, with numerous potholes.
The morning breakfast is great! The pancake maker is a great touch, and the bacon is delicious.
I like that the pool is now open! It’s an amazing amenity during the summer!

So clean and new. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good sausage the way I like and little omelets were tasty. Large and comfortable. We arrived very late at 1:30 am but reception clerk was very friendly, Oh, the little warm cinnamon rolls were delicious! Free breakfast!

No water cups in our room. When I asked the desk attendant for some, she continued focusing on her phone after telling me to open the kitchen to help myself. She treated my husbabd the same way. We had come in late after driving for over 10 hours. The shade in our room wouldn't open. Very different from our other HIX experiences. Mattress less comfortable than at most HIX.

There was a large group of people on the same floor as our room, they were in multiple rooms on the floor, and people were going back and forth between rooms talking loudly as they went, with kids running and dogs barking. We ignored it during the evening hours, but it continued till after midnight, and started up again by 6:30 the next morning. I tried to call the office and the phone just rang and rang, no answer. After multiple attempts I finally called the office, they said they would send security to check it out, but the problem continued, even after I spoke to the desk a 2nd time.

nice one night stay as part of longer trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Customer service was good. Breakfast needed to be restocked more frequently. Was not in love with area of town, but was probably better than other choices. The pool looked nice.

The property was in very good condition, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. No problems changing rooms when the "smoke detector motion sensor" was making a constant clicking sound. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's a Holiday Inn Express, but great place to stay on a road trip.

The toggle on the shower/tub faucet to direct the water to the shower would not work. In faucet itself was actually coming off the wall.

Really liking the Holiday Inn upgrades over the past few years. The place looks great, the shower was great. The room is comfy. Price is about right. Everything in the room feels fairly well thought out and intentional. Seems like the best place in the area too, highly recommended.

Would be nice if they accepted cash for the lobby store, which had an excellent selection. Other than that the stay was friendly, safe and quiet.

I thought it was unusual that i had to request at the front desk to have my room refreshed?
Other then that it is a place i will stay agin when in the area.

Stayed here for the Gem and Mineral show. Check in was easy and front desk was friendly and gave great food recommendations. Eat at Garcia’s and Rebel BBQ!! Rooms were good, comfortable and clean. I mean, it’s not 4 or 5 star but much better than the super 8 in Quartzsite that’s for sure!
Breakfast had a decent selection. Biscuits and gravy weren’t too shabby. Fresh coffee and an automatic pancake machine! The breakfast attendant worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked. Don’t forget to tip her! Will stay here again next year for the rock show.

There was a loud click that happened every 30 seconds to every few minutes. And it kept us all up all night. The grout in the tile of the room was coming out and made a loud crunching sound when walked on. The faucet handle was loose and hanging on for dear life. The tv didn't work it went to this retro looking menu that you couldn't get out of and the controller was busted and didn't seem to work.
