Clean and nice rooms! Very good location

Firstly and I guess to a number of people, this hotel is brilliant value for money. The room and the hotel in general were kept really clean and today and the staff of reception were very welcoming when we arrived. Indeed they were also helpful with advice on which trams to use, where to eat out and the like. The hotel really is in a good location with nothing much too far away if you were willing to walk or catch a tram. The breakfast that was supplied was pretty decent with a large selection of different items and the eating areas was kept clean and tidy. On the downside the room that we stayed in was on the small side and the bad was firmer/harder than usual. All in all a pretty good hotel for a short break and if I found myself in Ghent again I would go back with no hesitation.

Hotel was great, clean, friendly staff, very well located and comfortable. We visited many cities and this was one of our most comfortable stays.

Excellent location close to the center. Nice staff. Clean. Free coffee is a bonus. Would be nice with a safe and a fridge in the room.

It is very well located. It’s a bit disappointing there is no free left luggage option after checkout. You need to pay to use the lockers.

Clean and close to centre

Conveniently located, modern clean rooms with nice bath products. Staff is helpful. Closest parking is a public paid garage around 10 min walk away, it’s fine if you have manageable luggage

Great stay but even as a customer, you have to pay for the same-day access to luggage lockers. I have stayed in other cities, same hotel brand, and you don’t have to pay extra.

Good location

Ghent Centrum was our base for our Belgian 4 day adventure. Spending time in Ghent, Bruges and Antwerp. The hotel is perfectly positioned in Ghent for all sights, restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful city! Check in was friendly and helpful. We had a triple room which was plenty big enough and had all the amenities that we needed. We passed on getting our room cleaned each day and were rewarded with. A daily €5 hotel credit voucher which was a nice choice to have. Breakfast was quiet and adequately stocked. Tea, coffee, juice, pastries, toast, continental meats and cheeses as well as bacon eggs and sausages and not forgetting yoghurts and cereal. Set us up for the day nicely. Every staff member we spoke to was so pleasant and their English was embarrassingly perfect! Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Checkin was excellent the young lady behind the desk was extremely helpful and accommodating for our dog as well as us. Room was small but very clean and quite so was ideal for an overnight stay on the way to Calais. Parking was a bit of a chew but we managed and didn't help our self's by having a roof box.

This is a great hotel. It’s a 5 min walk to the center of town, but also quiet at night. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, especially Shana. The room was meticulously clean. As I was walking down the hallway I saw the staff cleaning rooms and it looked unusually thorough. I saw one woman cleaning underneath the sink (not the floor, but above the floor immediately beneath the sink - the area you can’t see). I would happily stay here again.

Hotel is in great location, has nice staff, and great amenities. Price was reasonable. I would stay there again.

Clean and good location and staff is professional

Good breakfast, loved that our 9 yo was only 5euro. Coffee available 24 hr, vouchers for snacks for opting out of room cleaning. Fresh and new property.

Plesant stay in a very nice design hotel in the city. Perfect for our stay during the Gentse Feesten. Friendly staff. I will book for next year again.
