It's a nice hotel - although a bit far outside the city - easy by taxi, not for walking. We had a problem with our air-conditioning. It was very hot. They switched our rooms - the switch was better. The beds had some kind of 'topper' on them - it was not uncomfortable, but it had a tendency to slide off the box frame underneath. My favorite thing was the roof top bar - EXCELLENT cocktails. Overall - it was a decent stay and a decent value - some things can be improved (AC / mattresses) but other wise a decent option in Ghent - and, DOG FRIENDLY!

Second time staying here, love the family room, it’s a litte bit out if the way of Bruges and nowhere in immediate area really to eat, but hotel is just so nice l, it’s a ten minute drive to Bruge where there is ample parking at station car park.

We had an issue with the shower..it flooded the bathroom. We reported and someone came to see.He said yes there is a rubber list missing and the drain is blocked...But no follow up to see if we needed a switch or yo let us know what we should dk in thd meantime.It was only one night thank goodness!!

The family room was a good size, with soft toys for the kids. Beds were all really comfortable. A door on the bathroom or shower would make it a bit safer and easier to keep little ones out / from wandering into the shower while it’s running fully clothed XD

Parking was difficult. The further lot was too far away and the nearer lot was full!

Everything was good but I had driven 7 hours from Hamburg and arrived late in the evening and there was no where to park. I had to put the car against the wall near the lifts in the underground car park, hoping I hadn’t blocked anyone in

Great hotel with nice, luxeous feel. Road to hotel is a little bit shady.

This is our second stay at this hotel and i am pleased to stay that again met and exceeded all of our expectations. We look forward to stay again soon.

Lovely hotel.

It is quite an industrial area and upon our arrival we felt some unpleasant smell outside.

A lovely hotel , very clean, excellent top floor roof terrace and bar. You need a car or take an Uber as is situated on the outside of town but very worth a stay

Nice roof top. Far from the city centre.

The reception staff were extemely friendly and knowledgable, cycle parking/storage was easy and safe. The only downside was having to get a taxi into the city but still, it wasnt too much of an issue.

Great hotel with really nice rooms and breakfast, in a quiet location. The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to pay extra for parking, when they have lots of space, and that they took £250 refundable deposit for my room when I already paid £180 for it. The minibar was also empty.

Modern hotel located next to a large stadium and an industrial zone, in the outskirts of Gent. Although it was a bit difficult to navigate the narrow alleys leading to the hotel entrance, it is conveniently located next to major motorways and about 10 minutes driving to the city center. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Parking is convenient and plentiful, it costs 10 euro per night. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The nice restaurant located on the ground-floor was quite busy on a Saturday night and on a holiday night but easily available on weekdays. The menu was impressive and quite pricy. You can have drinks and snacks in the lobby and they make ordering very easy on line. Service was prompt, actually faster than in the restaurant on a busy night. They provided an amazing breakfast with endless choices that should meet anyone's expectations. Breakfast was included in the price of the room for the duration of out stay. Public transportation is available to the train station where you have to change to the citycenter, but only runs on weekends up to 8pm. You can conveniently buy tickets on the buss. There is a large supermarket opposite to the hotel and a small refrigerator available in (all?) rooms. The hotel does not have a pool, but only a spa. We did not use it.

Beautifully clean and spacious hotel. Decent gym with everything you need. Breakfast was amazing- don’t miss out! Staff all suoer friendly and pleasant. Underground parking easy to navigate. We had our dog with us and they left little dog treats in the room- that was very welcome for our little pup!
