Everyone enjoyed themselves from 8 yr old to myself 60 yrs old.

The property is well taken care and kept very clean. There’s not much around the area but it is nice since it is a water park resort that keep traffic to a minimum.

Cool place for kids young and old to enjoy indoor pools and water slides. Clean room with comfortable bed. In-house restaurant had some tasty options and reasonable prices.

This was our first time visiting the Wolf Lodge. It was a great experience. Everything was very clean and everyone respects the lodging hours, quiet time and everyone is super friendly. The only thing that was a little overwhelming only at certain times of the day was the very strong smell of chlorine. I think it would be good to have a better ventilation system so that the smell Is not so Overwhelming or maybe if somehow some of the walls were sliders and in the summer they can slide them open to let the chlorine fumes out and let air in. We know that due to the big traffic of guests they have to maintain the cleanliness and proper sanitation of the waters, it’s only an idea. Overall it was a great trip and will likely revisit. We couldn’t get in our room because the wrist bands wouldn’t work. We were wet and cold from just having left the water park and had to wait for someone to give us new wristbands in the hallway although housekeeping was just right there and had walkied someone from guest services if she could let us in. Then even with the replacements, half didnt work. Then later that evening another didn’t work. All the kiosks didn’t print out the receipt so if you didn’t take a photo of your order, you wouldn’t know which item was yours to pick up. I never got texted any receipt either. The mirror maze was fun for my kids but was a pain! If there was another party in there, the little quests/ missions couldn’t start until the other party finished. We were ahead and the next party was standing behind us but by the time we got to the next quest, the other party would start and we would just be standing there waiting till they finished at the previous quest before we could start the next mission and that party would catch up in the maze. So if there’s someone behind you, you we always had to wait. The dance party in the evening was super loud. My kids go to bed early and we could hear the music clearly all the way from floor 5. The golf and bowling was way too short. Arcade a little small. Ropes was fun for my girl. Other than that, the staff were all really nice. The quest was really good and very well done. We’ve been to other GWL and this was the best magic quest.

The river ride was out, half of the arcade machines were out. Just checked in and no shower gel in the bathroom. Nobody overseeing the mini golf, overcrowded and people sitting down and blocking instead of playing. The list goes on!

We had an amazing time, rooms were really clean, would definitely recommend for people trying to have a fun couple days during the summer or during the weekend.

We've been loyal Great Wolf Lodge guests, visiting several locations. However, our recent trip to the Manteca/San Francisco lodge was a let down for families with young children: Limited options for toddlers: There's no dedicated pool for 1-5 year olds. The splash pad lacks a shallow pool, and the catch pool for the little slides is too deep and not for them to linger in for safety reasons. Unsupervised older children: Fort Mackenzie becomes overrun with energetic older kids who don't share the space well with little ones. Crowded lazy river: The strong current makes it unsafe for playing with young children. Boring beach pool: Water toys are not allowed, making the wave pool uninteresting for the little ones. Limited activities for older kids: Compared to other locations, the water park lacks variety. Our 4-year-old would have loved supervised independent play, but the lack of a dedicated kid's pool made it impossible. Even our 12-year-old noticed the lack of features like a surf simulator or foam mats slides. Food options: While the recreation team and their activities were fantastic, the food situation was concerning. The on-site restaurants lacked healthy choices, relying heavily on sugary and unhealthy options. Long check-in lines: Waiting an hour for check-in is a common experience, which adds unnecessary stress to families with young children.

Our grandson enjoyed the outdoor pool & the water park. He also liked the wiley's Den bunkbed room. Would be better if the outdoor pool has overhead sunshades to minimize the sun rays during the day. Also, need more water stations & shaded seating areas around.

My family had a blast at great wolf and the biggest reason is because the staff was soooooo nice. It was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place for family water park activities!!!! Just it’s the middle of nowhere (which I should’ve known) to eat out near or parks.

Kids had an amazing time…and fun for grown up too! Super friendly staff from front desk, to rides and shops! Loved it!

Over all our stay was amazing the only thing we didnt like was that we didnt have a microwave in our room.
