Top notch facility. Clean and comfortable. Nice fitness center, pool and hot tub. Noticed EV charging stations throughout the parking lot.
The only negative that didn't have any impact on the hotel itself was the homeless clusters a few blocks away that you have to drive past to get to the hotel. Not a good first impression.

We were there for a sports tournament at the Petaluma Community Sports Complex about ten minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, fast food and shopping within minutes and the hotel is right off Hwy 101, which made very easy in/out. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated and the staff was professional and friendly.

Nice newer property. Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Pool area was never picked up. Parking and trash can area need cleaning. 4th and 3rd floor ice machines were not working. Coffee and danishes in the morning were so expensive. Only visited once.

We have stayed at many Marriott properties and this one was disappointing. Had 7 rooms for family gathering. 1 room full of ants. 3 rooms with broken hairdryers. 1 room had no mini fridge. We were unable to check into the 1 Suite we booked until after dinner as room was not ready. I would not recommend this property.

Good location, friendly staff. Carla permitted me to check-in early (after a red eye flight)! Room is moderned, well appointed. Would have given a 4 stars, but the ants!! NOT sure why but littered with ants all over in my room!

It was very nice. Everything was very clean. The starbucks in the lobby was cool. The pool and hot tub are nice. Everyone i spoke to were very nice. Beds are comfortable and the big tv was a plus. The only thing is i wish they had individual bed lights so my mom could read without the bright light on. Otherwise a awesome motel. I will be staying there again. Thank you 😊

This is nice little hotel in Petaluma. It is easy to access, very convenient and easy to go in and out. Also, hotel is super clean and well maintained.

Staff did not clean our room for three days the first time and then three days the second time. They don’t restock the coffee they don’t make the beds. They don’t change the sheets. This is the worst hotel. I’ve stayed in in many years. Imagine management says that they don’t stock coffee unless asked, they only clean the room every other day which they didn’t do bad attitudes by desk personnel, and only lies from management

Went to see friends at the Petaluma Raceway. This hotel was about a mile away.
Nice and new. Clean room and quiet. Safe.
The hotel had their garbage bin which was at the incoming part of their parking (and it was overflowing and gross) not what you’d like to see when first arriving.
When you leave the hotel’s property there are quite a few homeless (I wouldn’t want to walk anywhere).
More positives than negatives, I’d stay here again.

My son’s room had no body wash in the shower. He said there was an electrical cover that was loose in the room and did not work. I had to get a new room because the air conditioner did not work in the one they assigned me at first. Other than that, we had a good nights sleep in an expensive hotel that needs some repairs.

Lots of homeless people camping out/walking around the slim road that leads to the hotel, a very loud train goes by so I got woken up and housekeeping isn't daily which is fine. Just when they did come my trash was left in my room so I threw my own pizza box/trash away. Nothing too big a deal but have stayed at cheaper places and got more. Nice staff that I did encounter, nice place and rooms. Just that train. Nothing that can really be fixed. I'd say average stay and would stay again for work if needed.

Pool and spa are green and spa cold. Homeless as you drive in. View of freeway overpass. Dryer not working. Room was good though.

This is a beautiful new hotel. The rooms are very clean and very nice. It was easy to get to, but many homeless around the property. Plus, our view out the window was an empty field of grass and the freeway.

our room had a failed couch pop out bed which we had to take the mattress off and place it on the ground. No mention of a roll out or replacement option. Staff was great through check-in and while while stayed though this upgraded room was not so upgraded :(

The hotel was nice. The breakfast service was inattentive, because the front desk person also staffed the breakfast counter. The parking was inconvenient, because it limited spaces near the hotel to EV’s only.

Pros: nice and clean looking. Unlimited ice and water. Free laundry. Nice A.C. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Pool. Easy access to freeway and near a nice neighborhood with a dog park.
Cons: area around hotel had a lot of homeless. Pool seemed small, especially on a hot day when there were a lot of people. Stained bedspread made it seem dirty. There was some blood on the bathroom light switch that was missed by the cleaning crew.
