Budget hotel. Good for the price. Neighborhood ok at night if you take Uber or Taxi directly there. Good distance between JFK and LaGuardia if need to overnight for a transfer. Only issue, pieces of the plaster in the bathroom roof were falling to the floor. Noise level was a little high and other occupants on floor were quite loud with conversation and kids. Otherwise acceptable.

i don’t know where to begin, the place looked nothing like the pictures. before we checked in we contemplated leaving but it was the best we could do so we went ahead and checked in. the blankets were stained, mine having blood on it. the curtains were also very dirty, as well as bathroom towels. there was only a refrigerator in the room and nothing else. our bathroom door also kept locking. DO NOT STAY HERE

Drive from JFK is 25 minutes, remember this in case you need to go back for a flight the next day.Check in is downstairs. Checked in late, room was still available. Slow elevator, no worries. Got to room stench of bleach from bathroom. Still very clean room. No television guide for television watching, no clock in the room, only three pillows for the bed. Lots of street noise. No food delivery options (not their fault)

First of all, the wall building smells so bad, it was like smoke of drugs cannabis and cigarettes…). Even my clothes were smelling like weed just for a night. Secondly the curtains of the bedroom were so dirty we couldn’t even come close to the windows. The bathroom was also something else.😥, the sink of the bathroom had an issue and its table down was not cleaned, sitting in the toilet you can see mold under the sink, and we found roach in the bathroom and started to kill them. I would not recommend this hotel, the picture in the website and what they are offering is not the same. It’s a big lie

The good things I noticed were: The property looks pleasant walking in. The front desk receptionist was nice. The tv in my room did work well. The negatives were: There was only one small microwave in the lobby. The elevator was very slow and sounded like it was going to breakdown, at any minute. The whole hallway on my floor smelt like smoke. The walls room to room are extremely thin. Small Noises travel easily. There were holes in the walls and in my bedspread. The bathroom sink was leaking alot. I called maintenance, but no-one ever came. I had to walk downstairs to request maintenance because there was no phone in my room. The room only had a shower, not a tub. The desk in the room was beat up as if it was picked up off the curb and placed in the room. The room had poor lighting. It was shabby. The establishment seems to be rundown. There was no parking either.

Alright place

I chose this hotel because of its location and 24hr front desk staff was available. I had an early flight and needed to checkout at 3am with a child and luggage. I contacted the hotel before booking and was told that they have a taxi service that they call that arrives within 5 minutes. I enquired again whilst checking in, was assured that all I had to do is inform the male employee at the desk when checking out. I asked again the night before checking out same response. When checking out at 3am the male employee told me that he had no telephone number for any taxi service. Thankfukly I had a plan B. I requested a non smoking room but could smell other guests smoke in my room. Could hear their conversations clearly. The sheets were stained. The bedding had what appeared to be large cigarette burns all over. The toilet bowl seemed to not be bolted to the ground which caused very loud noises. One of the towels were stained. There is so much more that I can say but won't. This is an honest review. Upgrades are needed.

Worst hotel in the world. Place is like a ghetto. As soon as you walk in it smells like a junkyard. The only reason i had did not walk out was cos i arrived late and could not find any other place. I am so upset with expedia for giving me a suggestion like this place. I felt unsecured as this was a brothel for sure.

I’ve never been to a hotel where I had to go ask the front desk for body towel, hand towel, and a washcloth. The cover for the iron board was so stained. I refused to iron my shirt on it. And to top it off the phone inside the room did not work. Thank God, I had a cell phone. I would never stay at this hotel again.

When I arrived she told me 5 minutes until I get a room I arrived at 3:50 didn't checkin until 4:34pm proceeded to the elevator to the third floor walked into my room. It did smell like it was just cleaned. The location is pretty clean. They keep it up to par The third floor is extremely noisy, so if you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not for you. Again. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not for you. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. If you can sleep with all the noise, I don't recommend this place for anybody that needs a good night's sleep. This is basically a one and done type of hotel. Extremely expensive $325 a night and this type of establishment. No no way. Jose ... Only thing good about this place is extremely clean. They do keep it clean. Other than that, no bueno ...... The

Hallway smelled of mildew and room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. Bathroom walls and ceiling had mold. Wallpaper was peeling off and missing in places. Towels were stained. Sink vanity was literally deteriorated on the legs. Street noise went all night and a light advertising “Hotel” must have been directly outside the window because even with the curtains shut light was coming in. Everything including myself reeked of smoke. I could not wait to get out of there and finally left before 6 AM. Wouldn’t have stayed if I hadn’t just arrived from an international flight with a 12 hour layover.

Change those old cheap comforters. It’s a motel, but with a little more care it could be much nicer, also adding some hot tubs would be lovely!
