The hallways, elevators were a bit too warm (thermostat) and room bathroom lacked air circulation. Beds were a little stiff, but worked fine.

The customer service here was amazing. I had a stressful day of flying to find my luggage missing at the airport. Hotel was great getting it to me. In addition, whether it was the front desk, the bistro or room service, everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you to the staff.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and check-in was quick and seamless. There were lots of places to eat an shop at (Hobby Lobby across the street). My husband and daughter went across the street to the theater to watch a movie. No lack of things to do.

Clean, spacious room

Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms were decently clean and tastefully decorated, you could tell furnishings were recent updates, and rather new hotel. My only complaint were the uncomfortable pillows, which literally fell flat every time. They serve Starbucks coffee but it’s not a full fledged Starbucks menu, although the street has many coffee shops nearby. The bar had great service, drinks were mid. No complimentary breakfast, but there are breakfast items available for purchase at the cafe, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, oatmeal etc. The hotel is located in a really nice part of town and I felt safe at all times in this immediate area of Fresno/Clovis. Super close to the airport. Close to shopping center, 2 min drive to a shopping center with Target, kohls etc also a great restaurant option Colton’s Social House great food and drinks. It’s about 1hr 45 mins from the South entrance of Yosemite. Overall it was a great experience for my travel needs.

Hotel was beautiful, just the checking in was such a confusion . I specifically took care of everything to make my sons check in quick smooth to get to wedding on time ..only to be told by son that he had to pay for accidental dep again ..then checking out we are stopped again that it was not done ...would like for it to be smoother since it took from the limited time he had to get to wedding which he was late too ..

Awesome place in Clovis. Next to the mall and Costco. Executive suite had two queen beds and a pull out sofa which was great for our small children to have own beds. Two tvs in room to watch different shows. Great for our family, will stay again. Staff was very helpful and professional as well as friendly.
