Nice hotel from the outside and lobby area, but the walls, floors, ceilings, and windows were made very thin, and you could hear EVERYTHING! We stayed there for three nights and all three nights we didn't get any sleep. We even moved to the top floor on the last night, and it was just as loud. There was a football party in lobby on the last night we stayed, and people were yelling and fighting outside in the hotel parking lot until the early morning hours without any of the hotel staff taking control of the situation. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

This hotel felt like a first year hotel. It was well kept. Good location with a tennis court 1 minute down the street. The breakfast was typical and plentiful. Get there early for your oj though.😁

I hadn't a wonderful stay, the bed wasn't the most comfortable that I've ever slept in, but it was pretty nice. The breakfast was good, and the people working the area were busy, and always filling the coffee, dealing with the trash, and overall staying ahead of the people there having breakfast.

Pros: Beds & pillows were very comfortable; was able to park very near to room;
Cons: walls were *very* thin with people's conversations and dogs barking coming through pretty clearly; TV a bit cumbersome to use (very delayed response when using remote); wifi access all but impossible to connect to and use (when I WAS able to get connected, trusted pages wouldn't load due to warning of a hacker potentially trying to do their thing - glad I didn't have to work this trip!); Pool was closed for maintenance; laundry room "out of order"

Property was clean in a nice neighborhood. Check in was super easy and they notified by text that the room was ready 2 hours before. The room had no chair to sit on other then the desk chair...we had a king bed room. I was hoping for some bathroom toiletries as I had forget lotion, but there was none of that. No big deal I guess, shower had soaps/shampoo and a good stream of water.

Amazing stay! Very clean, comfortable beds, and great breakfast! Indoor pool was small but our family of 4 was the only one there. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting KC.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Kansas City. Hotel looked nice on the inside and outside. The room had plenty of space for our family of 4. The pool was pretty small for a hotel of that size. The price was very reasonable for the location and how well kept it was.

Amazing stay! I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed here for one night and the hotel staff was accommodating and very kind! It’s in a great location with nearby restaurants, breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast which is decently good! Will definitely stay here again when I return to KC! Also, our room was great! And very clean.

The hotel was excellent and the front desk gentleman was amazing. They were having electronic key issues when we arrived and both he and the lady that was there were both so fantastic and personable.
The only issue (not really an issue) we had was the small size of the pool.

Everything was good except I felt the mattresses were too soft (just my opinion) as well as the pillows (not firm). I would prefer potatoes with the breakfast. Just my preferences. Really is a nice place. The showers are awesome. Nice little pool too.

Check-in was quick and easy. I had minimal need for the staff. They had an indoor pool which was nice. Breakfast was complimentary, but light on options. They had bacon and eggs and some cereal and pastries. Overall it was pretty good experience.
