The hotel room was fine. It was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Could not control the heat though, so it was a little too hot for sleeping comfortably. The kiosk check-in was depressing.

The virtual check-in was interesting. The assistant was cool. The check-in info we got varied though, not sure if the lobby closed at 9 or 10pm. So we really rushed to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, a bit on the rustic side. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and was hot.
Unfortunately, as with most motels that have limited parking, our neighbors parked their big diesel truck right in front of the unit and let it idle for a half hour starting at 6 am. So we ended up getting up and leaving then too. Maybe trucks should be asked to park away from the buildings?

Our stay was nice it was in town close to everything. We loved the sauna the most the door isnt marked but it's room 26 the turned the room into a sauna room you probably will have to start it and wait about 15-20 min to heat up,some plugs didnt work but as wewas checking to make sure we had everything i looked under the beds and the floor under them looked like they never been clean overall i would stay again just for the sauna

The office closed early, but keyless pad entry made it easy to get in after hours.location is so perfect for an overnight stop. Everything about the room was great.

The maid or owner banged on our door at 7am then proceeded to enter the code after we yelled and said we were in there, then walked right into our room slamming the door closed when he saw we were still occupying the room, “trying” to sleep in bed.

enjoyed the quasi self serve check in. we had trouble with the TV and the staff fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Old - beds are horrid - smells like an old farm house - clean bedding and linen was only good thing - never saw a working person check in was done virtually

Easy check in, nice location. Room clean except spiderweb in one corner of the ceiling and didn't get tv to work but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Hotel is rather dated. However the had a electronic kiosk to talk to a human on camera. No human there to meet you. Door code didn't work twice. So we couldn't lock our room. Room was dusty, dirty. And coffee maker didn't work. TV hard to figure out. Bed was comfortable.

Called to notify that we would be checking in late, and was told it would not be an issue, upon arrival there was no one on site and the door to the "kiosk" check in that was supposed to be used was locked, ended up getting a hotel down the road.

Smelled very stale old and musky. One 1 of 2 tvs worked. Said 3 queen size not mention that 1 was a pull out couch. Not ideal. Also spare comforter had unidentifiable stains

The property was easy to find and parking was convenient. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the tv did not work, the tub hot and cold faucets were switched, and under the bed had multiple empty bottles and a cigarette butt.

It got the job done but was old, really old. Big rubber Shower knobs were broken and this was the "SUITE". Mats covering up the carpet, smells old. We ended up shoveling our own door and parking spot. Appeared th have some permanent residents.

I did not like that there wasn't a person to check you in, instead got kiosk and you "face timed" with check in person. got printed receipt with my door code and not key card. Person before me was told where to get extra towels, etc and code for that room on her receipt, I did not. I got code for sauna but wasn't really sure which room it was. Lobby not open 24 hours. Walls extremely thin and could hear traffic like I was right next to the road. Had problems with the heat not working. Terrible coffee in room. The bed was comfortable enough and location was good is about the only positive thing I have to say.

The visual check in was little bit tricky. But a nice man helped us with door keys and keycode. So it was a pleasant stay anyway. Room was ok and clean!

Indianhead is a "Facetime" checkin. You summon a person on a monitor in the motel lobby. There might be an actual person on duty somewhere, but they weren't needed. Room entry via a button code on the door.

disgusting - horrific. Took about one hour to get booked in Due to and electronic video check in system not working and no telephone number to call in case of trouble. Hotel telephone number went un answered. A service industry cannot expect people to accept such shoddiness ! I was so angry I hardly slept all night - maybe couple of hours &

Check in is virtually, which is no big deal but I could hardly hear the person on the other end.
The room…. Erm.
Carpet felt wet and dirty.
The back window did not lock, anyone on the outside could have opened it. It was also cracked in the corner.
Shower was still dirty along with the bathroom floor.
To watch tv, you had to play with the buttons on the side of the tv to get it back to hdmi every time .
Won’t be staying here again.

Check in was quick via a high tech check in kiosk. Staff online was friendly and helpful. The room was old but spacious. The carpet was thread bare but the bed was amazingly comfortable - the best of any motel so far! The bathroom was clean and relatively new. For the price I might come back again

Bed linen was stained and don’t think it was clean. There was a lot of miscellaneous strings and spots of dirt in bed sheets. There was no one in lobby until 7am so we couldn’t check out when we left at 6am. Wiped up a spill of water on the desk and the towel was dirty. Windows in bathroom and bedroom were open when we first entered the room.

The room was shiny, and all the walls were varnished plywood. It was the ugliest room I’ve ever stayed in, and the only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The check in at was at a kiosk, and it was very difficult. I have stayed here before but I will never ever stay here again there are only three cars in the parking lot the whole night so that should tell somebody something.

Our room was right next to highway and with a window air conditioner made traffic noise more noticeable, good thing it was a weekend. I had to unplug the cable box every time we turned on the tv in order for it to work. I would have liked to have had a information sheet on what channels were available. No continental breakfast which is understandable due to the age of the motel. Other than that room was clean. If you're just looking for a place to lay your head, you will be fine.

There was no one in the office, we had to use a kiosk to check in. The bathroom was dirty, hair and dirt on toilet, sink, shower and walls. We stayed for several days here and when we needed something, toiletries, towels, etc. No one answered the phone, no phone in room, voicemail was full for two days, had to Walk to the office to leave a note for someone onsite to refill items. The kiosk wasn't working either, we didn't have WiFi in our room for 3 of the 4 days. And our room was at the end, right by a busy road, so it was noisy. I would suggest finding a room somewhere else. Room was non-refundable and we booked online based on good Yelp reviews. Very dissatisfied.

I hated the virtual check in. I been staying at this property for several years when on vacation. The price per night has gone up with the quality of service dropping dramatically. I never saw an employee the entire stay. Probably will not go back.
