Excellent location. Our room was spacious. The bathroom had a shower and jet tub combo that was side by side. It was terrific and very centrally located.

Staff were excellent, great property in a great part of the city. Easy to walk to the historic sites and the number of restaurants around the hotel is unbelievable. Would definitely return here on a visit to Seville.

From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. One bellman took us to our room & explained well how everything worked. The other brought in our luggage. The room was modern, sleek and the view of Sevilla was spectacular. The rooftop bar provided more striking views of the ancient and modern city. Fantastic stay. Muchas gracias!

Our trip took us to Barcelona Granada Seville and Madrid. This hands down is the best hotel this trip. Perfect location, friendly staffs, fantastic bathroom, super comfortable bed, plus they go the extra mile to make your stay an experience you will forever remember! Close to everything, have a rooftoop with jaw dropping views, air-conditioning is an option despite it being winter season. Such a lovely hotel two thumbs way up‼️

I don't know why it has so many good reviewes. The lady at the front desk was never helpful, in summary the room has lights (apparently for security reasons) that won't turn off and won't allow for a good ninght sleep. The shower is superb.

Great hotel in the perfect location with an easy walk to most amenities and tourist attractions. The room was lovely and spacious, and the rooftop bar/swimming pool were excellent features - great view from the bar/pool area of the main cathedral. The swimming pool was great for the hot afternoons that inevitably come with a trip to Seville. The staff were excellent, and even recommended the best of the locally available flamenco shows (off-site/third party provider but they arranged the booking for us). Would definitely visit again.

Convenient location. Comfy rooms. They overdid the air freshener and I had to take allergy medicine the whole time I was there. Also had been looking forward to a drink at the rooftop bar and dip in the pool after a long day of travel but only found out after checkin that they rented the roof out for an event so it was closed to guests. No bueno.

The staff were first class and the service at the pool bar meant you could relax and enjoy the holiday with a cool drink always on hand.

Staff was excellent! Recommended a Flamenco Show that was amazing and a tour for The Alhambra, also great. We also went to two restaurants that were recommended fed which were amazing. Rooftop bar is perfect!!

This hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful and it is extremely well located. Even though it's brand new, the hotel decor is geared toward the local culture and has much more personality than you would expect a large chain hotel to have. The rooftop is outstanding; we loved everything about our stay here.

Due to celebration of “Madruga”, in Easter. We have to walk 20 minutes to get a taxi at 6:00am. The hotel provided two bell boys who guided us and transported our suitcases. Extraordinary service!

Beautifully renovated hotel in the heart of the city center with a short walk to many great sites to visit. Tens of restaurant option right outside the hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed there for three nights and loved everything about it. Highly recommend it.
