The stay was great! The hotel is very clean and looked new. The staff were nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean. No complaints at all. The area was nice with shopping and food within walking distance and major grocery stores only a short drive.

Was wanting to stay by the Fishers District and this was the perfect location. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Very nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

We were going to arrive after midnight, so I called to let them know and they had no problem. When we arrived, Alicia, was very friendly and made sure we got to our room.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel as it was very well maintained and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the outdoor hotel patio and giant firepit, which gave us a great place to relax at the end of a busy day.

This stay was wonderful! I would recommend to anyone! I havent got the $20 deposit back yet but it hasn't been a full week yet. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Cheerfulness goes a long way!!!

There was some pretty loud noise going on until at least 11:00 p.m. Staff was friendly. I should have been able to make a reservation with a phone call though. I tried at least 7 times to call and did not get someone to help, just kept placing me on hold. This is the only reason I booked online. Tracey was very nice.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very nice & clean. Air conditioner unit was located under a table so getting the air to circulate around the room was a bit challenging. It sits back in an area congested with buildings so finding the drive is a bit difficult.

Nice well kept hotel. Very clean! Would have given 5 stars for condition, but our room was on the 6th floor and only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. And after waiting several minutes for the other which never seemed to make it past the 2nd floor, we got a workout on the stair master. Staff was friendly, location is great with several quality food & beverage venues located within walking distance. Will stay here again when passing through!

Upon checking in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds. My reservation was for a king. The staff blamed Expedia, when they in fact gave my room to someone else and thought I would be just fine with it. It was a busy few days for them.
