It was amazing!! Nothing bad to say. Great experience!

I get that the place is new but it is to expensive. When I asked for help getting a ride, I was told to use lyft. I needed to make a stop inbetween and was not allowed to do so causing me to make another ride with a taxi afterwards. Price gauging at its finest here. There are no stores around this place so they charge $4 for a bottle of water. Price to stay the nite was already over the budget

Walked into the room was very pleased with a nice flatscreen tv that welcomed me to my stay, the view was much better than I had imagined. Was very clean and upheld, overall very happy with any TRU I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is nice and clean, cleaning service was great, Pedro at the front desk was great, I’m coming back for sure

Firstly, I highly recommend booking this hotel ! CONVENIENT, EFFICIENT, CLEAN !!!! Woowwwww ! I trulyyyyyy recommend this hotel as a first time visitor to Miami or even if you’re going on a cruise etc ! The staff are wonderful! The room itself was spacious with great lighting, comfy bed , great television with actual working stations , the pool was small and lovely ! The breakfast that was offered for FREE ….wow omg !!!! IT WAS PERFECT !!!!!!!!!!! Trust me ! I literally couldn’t eat everything , from eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, juice station, tea station and MORE !!!!!!! If you were wondering if you should book this hotel , JUST BOOK IT !!! The staff were so efficient wow, super pleasant and kind ! The hotel itself was ALWAYS CLEAN OMG !!!!!! CLEAN Inside and outside of the rooms ! Oh also to note, it was in close walking distance from Walgreens and a food mart / gas station right across the road. Approximately 10 mins away from Brickell city Centre which was also great for shopping, liming and eating with entertainment! I loved it !!!!! JUST BOOK IT ! Greatest recommendation, trust me !!

Nice location and the room was really tidy and also had loads of room. Close as well to the Brickell Shopping area. Will happily book again.

The bathroom did smell when I arrived and the house keeping staff cleaned the floor for me. That was the only hiccup.

This place is nice for the the price. However parking is not too convenient as there is only one valet attendant.

It was in a very quiet area near residential properties. The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't convenient and there were no restaurants nearby.

Convenient location, clean and good facilities. Great swimming pool with superb city views! Simple but nice breakfast.

Second stay at this hotel and was very disappointed. We called prior 2x before arrival to see if it can accommodate oversized vehicles. Both times we were told yes, then we arrive and they say “sorry we can’t help you”. Otherwise very clean; customer service is bad there. Will not stay again.

All of the front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We arrived early and they gave us complimentary early check in which was very appreciated because we were exhausted. Bathroom was spacious and room decor was nice.

I have stayed here many times. Despite the less luxury look and feel its very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is pretty good.

It was a quick stay, but I would have liked a coffee maker & a laundry bag in our room....but no big deal

Property was nice and new. There is no self parking option. It is only valet parking for $35/night. The problem is on our first day there, the valet made us self park our Tesla. So I told the front desk, why am i paying for $35/night if they are making us do their job for them? I also requested house keeping on our second day but they never came. I don't think front desk really took us seriously about our requests. They look really lazy and unprofessional.

Only in town for a night before our cruise, but we had a great time. Hilton Tru was convenient for what we needed.

First time staying at Tru by Hilton-we were very impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff and how clean the facilities were.

The stay was wonderful. But when it was breakfast time hard to find space as people hung out in lobby waiting for rides to there next destination. Not enough seating for breakfast

It was fun, nothing super close about a 10 minute walk, but also so much stuff close like a cvs and gas station

35 some odd dollar valet parking only be aware, but if you're quiet respectful and mindful of the rules you can park in the neighborhood. Great hotel super great staff super cool rooms great pool great location five star all around

No shampoo, no body wash, rude front desk. Property was doing construction in room next to use for HOURS! Did not give us notice , I was woken up to hammers and drills at 8 AM on my vacation .
