The air conditioning was not working.

This hotel was conveniently located. The standard king room was huge and had a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, a safe, a huge closet and bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The complimentary breakfast had a menu choice of 4 items that a chef cooked to order. There was also fruit, a yogurt bar and muffins/bagels and cereal. It was delicious! The staff were helpful and friendly. We were impressed and highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, couldn’t ask for more.

The AC was disappointing. It never got below 74 degrees in the bedroom. We were miserable.

Our room had all the things my wife likes to have in a room. The kitchenette was wonderful as well as the shower.

We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and liked the interior decoration and loved the drinks from bar! They make best drinks no need for melatonin! You will sleep through a hurricane!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate my family of 5. When we arrived we were told that they dont have any rooms with thoes requirements.

Front desk was friendly and helpful and more than accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and more than enough for my family of 6. The pool was beautiful and every area was very well kept. My first time staying here and it won’t be my last. I will highly recommend to others.

This place is amazing actually it’s very under priced for all the amenities cleanliness they provide. And amazing breakfast 10 of 10 recommend!

Everything was good apart from the fact it was 86 degrees in our room and we had the air conditioning set to 64. It was absolutely miserable to sleep in.

Really great value hotel. Nice bar with an extremely talented bar tender. The free breakfast was not your typical cereal and stale bread spread. Crepes, berry parfaits, frittatas and good coffee. I selected it because it was close to Baylor and pet friendly and very pleasantly surprised.

It was a was a wonderful stay. We had a problem with our room and it was taken care of immediately. The stop was comfortable and the hotel is very very clean. I’ll recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit.

This was one of the nicest days. I've had in that good while they were accommodating with. The early check in the place was very clean. Very spacious and very comforting. This will be my new place to go and wake up whenever I stop in town.

We really enjoy our stay at this fabulous hotel! My kids love the pool and all the fun stuff they have outside. Very pet friendly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only bad thing is the breakfast is not as good, but it is free. :)

Food was excellent and service was top notch. They even took care of us with a to go dessert for our anniversary. Highly recommend.

Huge room but we paid for it for sure. Worth every penny of the extra dollar more than average hotels. This is luxury

The hotel is great. Housekeeping is really bad and slow. Front desk is ok. The surrounding área is not the best

Room size and cleanliness

The whole property looked awesome. Love the modern up to date look. And really like the room set up.

It took almost 20 min to check in. Once person at front desk was off the phone I was checked in in less than 4 min. She was on the phone booking someone a room. There were people at the bar and someone even came to the desk but was unable to check me in.

We had a street side corner room. The street noise through the window was quite loud with 18 wheelers and emergency vehicles.
