The hotel was clean, modern and updated recently. Our room smelled like fresh construction. All amenities were perfect. The pool was clean. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold options. Lots of parking and close to everything.

Check in progress went smoothly. Room was clean and didn’t smell at all; no bad odors nor any cover-up fragrances. We don’t prefer those squishy pillows but that was okay just the same.

I was impressed with this hotel. The desk person was helpful at check-in and she had a great attitude. The building and the room were clean and spacious. The staff were constantly busy cleaning and they were always polite. Breakfast was good and staff, again, were always either cleaning or helping people. I appreciated the extended pool hours, too. I would absolutely stay here again.
P.S. Hey, Comfort Inn owner! Your staff deserves a raise. They are a hard-working crew! Just sayin'.

This hotel was very clean. My kids call me a clean freak, and I do have high standards when it comes to cleanliness. The staff was very nice. Please remember to tip the cleaning crew for doing such a good job.

Excellent hotel with friendly & helpful staff. The outdoor hot tub closes at 10:00pm, but the staff kept it open for an extra hour for us after our long drive.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The Keurig coffee was a nice addition. There was no in room safe which I would have appreciated. The breakfast was very tasty with awesome scrambled eggs. Their hot tub very very large and nice. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and always full, coffee was good. Heavy traffic at times but convenient for shopping and dining options! I definitely would stay there again!

Very clean and well kept property. I really enjoyed the gym and hot tub after a long hike at the Aspen Trail nearby! The high ceilings in the room made the room feel very spacious and bathrooms are almost luxurious.

We stayed at this hotel because of our previous experience. This is the place to stay. There are a lot of companies that can put nice buildings, furnishings and amenities together. We've seen many. The difference here at Comfort Inn & Suites in Gaylord is the people who make it all work. We go back to Comfort Inn & Suites in Gaylord because of the people. It's also nice and comfortable. If you're near Gaylord, Michigan and need a place to stay, this is it. Give them my Best.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times it was clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was very good and frequently restocked….we stay in Gaylord coming/going from Lake State in the Soo where our daughter goes to school….we will continue to pick this hotel on all of those many trips over the next few years while she’s at LSSU.

Everything was very good. The only problem or issue I had was the shower curtain rod is straight and not curved. So as you take a shower the curtain touches you as you shower. A little Frustrating.
