You cant beat the value given for the price. Being a single female low budget traveler, this place makes visiting the everglades and trips too south florida possible. Real close to the convienence shop and restaurants. Not far from kayak launches. Has a fridge. Wifi. Everglade city is super safe, so their motel isnt like affordable housing for crackheads.

Please look for the Aircondition to get netter Air quality.

Nice property, nothing fancy but just enough for you to relax. Seems very safe, the only downside is that the rooms stil have physical keys to enter and all restaurants and bars that are walking distance close very early. Closest restaurant is about 35 minutes away in Naples. Other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay.

It was quite and clean . The room needs some paint where they fixed the drywall. The outside of the Hotel needs some landscaping work done. People are nice and quite place .

Room was clean. Big clean bathroom. Great bed. Rooms were connected to other peoples room, only devided by small door. The people were not really nice.

We stayed here as it was much cheaper than alternative options and we just needed a room ahead of our Gator trip in the morning First impressions were poor and things look a bit worse for wear but once inside the room everything was clean and functional. The room was large and well equipped and we were happy with our stay We would stay here again.

Great room for the money!!!!!

Welcomed by a pile of filthy toenails next to my bed. Had staff walk into my room while half naked and asleep even though they just cleaned my room 6 hours prior. (No “Do Not Disturb” signs available.) Broken bathroom window screens in the Everglades mind you with Mosquitoes & bugs in my room. The city water was also shut off for several hours one day & I couldn't wash up. This was supposed to be a relaxing solo vacation and was the complete opposite. I did my homework and saw several sites 10+ available to rent online. Called C Table direct then to book to get them more $$ and they then lied to me that nothing is available because of Python fest, and tried to book me at their sister Everglades hotel for more money! I then was forced to call Expedia and Hotels.com instead for less money for all parties involved. The whole week the CT had plenty of vacancies I confirmed BTW. Not even close to capacity! My week was completely ruined, and I only received a $30 buck discount after bringing multiple issues to CT management and receiving pathetic constant excuses to my ongoing problems, not owning up to the nightmares they have created, and how simple they all could have been alleviated.

Nice, renovated room. Big kitchen with enough equipment. Good beds, wifi and TV. Nice pool with view on Everglades. 1 negative: the AC is not cool enough. It is too hot in the room. You can’t change temperature yourself.

Friendly staff, clean and cool rooms. You don’t check in at the actual building, but at the Ivey House up the street.

We stayed only one night but wish we had stayed longer. Our room was lovley spacious and spotless. Excellent location in the middle of the town and perfect for exploring further into the everglades. Lovley and friedly checking in staff who gave us a very good recommendation for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!!

There was no check in as there is no reception. It is closed just like the rest of the hotel. We ended up going to the Ivey house hotel to check in and get the keys. Poor and dirty rooms, broken dangerous steps to the room, broken smoke detectors any much more. This property needs to be removed from your site.

Property was very nice it does flood when raining

The staff at the front desk are some of the nicest caring people. Thank you all for everything you did to make the stay a good one. The front desk actually cares about people here. The inside of the room was very nice, clean, and redone. Close to everything I wanted to see. Blessings to you all.

Nice pool. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to the room. Clean and nicely sized.

The bed was very hard, and there was only one chair to sit in, which was broken. Past that, the room was clean with provisions in the kitchenette area and bathroom. Plenty of hookups for usb cords. Staff was all very friendly.

The history of the property is stunning and still present in the hall, as the bar room. We can recommend staying at this historic place. Inhale the original wall paintings in the bar room. So we are happy, we did so. Expectations regarding the rooms should not be too high. On the positive, still with solid, historic furniture. Good. At some parts a little further maintenance might help to improve customer experiance. Regardless, the room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpfull. Thanks, we enjoyed the atmosphere of such a historic place. And they keep on further renovating the place. Great, thanks for doing so.

On my last day staying here the construction noise was unbelievable I couldn’t sleep, I called the main office to complain about it and it took them awhile to stop the noise otherwise my stay was good and the room was very clean: I would recommend they put suction cup grab bars in the shower 🚿: The steps coming up to the second floor are very steep and should have a handrail on both sides at the bottom and the bottom rail is loose. I would never stay on the second floor to many stairs and they are very steep

Mold on windows, ice maker 1 mile from room, couldn't use pool, all of our belongings and everything stunk of musty mold... Had to come home and wash every single thing including suit cases. Also check in was not on the property it was one mile away where the ice machine was. They were kind enough to move us to another room because the first room had hairs that were not cleaned off of the bed and soap dish. One of the young ladies was very nice when we were checking in and was sympathetic and helpful to us. But, I will not return.
