Great hotel, well located

Overnight pleasure trip to Alicante and it’s great nightlife

Centered in town, roomy, clean, nice staff!

The hotel is amazing the only thing we did not like that they do not have a parking lot near the hotel you needed to walk about 5 minutes to park and come back

The hotel looked very Scandinavian in decor. Our room was too small and the balcony opened up to the ugly a/c units in the next buildings. No nice view at all. When you walked in the door to the room, you had to carry your luggage up three steps to get to the platform for the bathroom, then another six steps to the bedroom. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the breakfast had a huge variety of foods with a great presentation. Located close to the beach you can easily walk to it.

Booked a delux double room which looked like it had a balcony, ended up in an interior room (room 411) that didn’t feel delux at all. It was a perfectly fine room, but I feel like it wasn’t what I paid for, a bit dissapointing however service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel but definately not 5* from past experience... Staff were attentive, accommodation of a high standard but to rate as 5* is pushing it. 3* is too low, but a 4* rating would be generous. Having stayed in many Eurostars hotels throughout Spain, the property is relatively 'normal'.

Great location and friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is centrally located, excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Room gets cleaned every day. Room is very airy and spacious. if anyone is looking for a view there isn't any. My room was looking out on small alleys, too close to the opposite building. I kept my curtains shut . However it didn't bother me because most of the time I was out. Bus "C6" (£3.85) to and from airoport is only 6 min walk. Bus station is only 18 minutes walk( i went to Murcia, very nice city) Check out was easy and on line.

Hotel staff were exceptional. It was roomy, modern and comfortable. It’s location is great for getting around. You won’t be disappointed.

Tjis is a 4 star hotel with 4 star mentality 4 star service 4 star facilities

For a 5*, expensive hotel could have had good quality towels and bed sheets, not ones on which you could see severe wear and tear and black spots. Also, the food variety doesn't accomodate vegetarians very well - I had a lovely lunch as a bit more options but for dinner I was forced to go outside! Otherwise, great old town location, lovely, friendly staff!

Overall decent property in a good location . Very surprised that water isn’t free. Most five star hotels would have given free bottled water daily

This is an excellent hotel in every way. Our welcome at check in was friendly, quick and efficient and our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and also spotlessly clean. The little balconies all around the room were great for seeing and hearing the local activity outside. The breakfast buffet had everything one could wish for with high quality fresh food. The rooftop bar was our favourite place of all. Fantastic views, very relaxing and serving high quality food and drinks. Particular mention goes to Lily (not sure how she spells her name) for her warm welcome and friendly smile. Alicante itself is a lovely place to visit, with the beautiful seafront and so many places to eat and drink. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return sometime.

The hotel is not 5 stars , good attention, room the bathroom was flooded, etcThe best is the location , nothing else.

Perfect stay, very comfortable room and accommodating staff. Ideal location - so near the beach and marina, less than 5 minute walk

The hotel is really nice, but more a 4 stars than a 5. The room is very nice, clean and modern. The personal is really helpful and nice. The gym is very small and has no free weights. Definitely not for light sleepers, noise from the street even the days that were not carnival.

Lovely clean modern airy hotel right in the old town, roof top bar is excellent with views of the castle and only 10€ for a cocktail.

Lovely hotel and room next to the Town Hall in the centre of Alicante. My room was big, airy and quiet. No negatives at all.

Lovely place in heart of Alicante old town. Lovely staff and comfortable beds and pillows.

Location is good although no parking around. There is noice in the evening from the bars and restaurants, but that is part of being in the centre. Hotel bar is quit, breakfast is good but only starts at 0745 so bit late.

Best lovation

No kingsize bed on a junior suite. No hotel for tall people. No 5 star hotel
