Efficient check-in & check-out. Good room layout which is sufficient for two guests with two large luggages to move around, pack/unpack, relax and rest. Generous in-room hotel supplies which are sufficient even for long stay customers (who do not request daily room make-up) without the need and inconvenience to ask for refill at front desk. Staff are also flexible in responding to customers' needs. Free drinks at cafe during 10am to 8pm is added plus enabling tired guests to have a comfotable place with tables to chat. relax & relief thirsty before returning to room. Excellent breakfast with well balanced variety and quality and dishes are refilled quickly. Sound proof is very good which is seldom nowadays in other hotels. The best hotel ever during my stays in Japan. The only issue is the pillow and mattress do not suit my body and I need to made these up using towel and pyjamas to improve sleep quality. Will book this hotel again the next time I travel to Nagoya.

A very good and convenient stop close to the Nagoya railway station. Not easy to find at night with Google Maps however. Clean and quiet.

Fantastic 1 night stay at this modern and clean hotel. Well located near Nagoya station with a convenience store just across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary beverages were a plus and breakfast is delicious.

We are impressed by the quality of the service provided by the staffs. Although checking in is via self service kiosks, the staffs are there to assist. The hotel looks new and there is a cafe that serves food. The guests can enjoy free complimentary drinks during their stay.
The toiletries are available at the hotel lobby. Guests can help themselves to them. The room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. Toilet and shower area are separated. The room is equipped with a smart TV, a kettle, iron and board, coffee making machine, tablet for information and hair dryer
We didn’t have our room clean during our 3 nights stay but we received clean towels and pyjamas everyday. They will be hung on our door. Very thoughtful of the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Close proximity to Nagoya Station. Lots of restaurants hereby. Overall, room is comfortable. The toilet is separated but very small so makes it hard to move around. Bottled water not provided. It’s really clean and relatively new. Bathroom is very spacious.

The staff are polite and sincere. Our luggage was damaged upon our arrival and they helped disposal of it for us at a fee of 1000 yen. Many thanks to them. Highly recommended hotel choice in Nagoya.

Overall this hotel is great. Very good value. Staff are super nice and helpful. The only thing I do not like is its toilet is extremely small. Bigger guests may have any issue. There is not much view available from our room. However, this hotel is close to Nagoya Station. That is the most important selling point.
