Rooms were clean. However when we asked for a late check out for my 70 year old mother who doesn't sleep well or move very fast we were told we could not have late check out out unless we were members. So be a member and everything will be fine. Otherwise your money is not as valuable to them.

This hotel is only 2 years old. So, everything is quite new and nice. It is located close to the major mall in Boise, very convenient for shopping and eating around. The lobby and rooms are very clean. For a budget hotel, its breakfast is really good. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. Will stay again next time.

Advertised as having a hot tub and pool, but only had pool, this is big deal to our family. Front desk staff seemed annoyed that booked through third party. Had incidental charge that was not us, and got corrected, but their explanation seemed questionable. And front desk gave wrong breakfast hours. Lobby bathrooms were pretty messy. Location was fine, but just not up to Marrriot standard we have been used to.

We stayed to visit family in the nearby hospital. It was easy to get to, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable place to stay when we were exhausted from long days.

Great experience during my stay. Snowed overnight and staff went above and beyond and cleaned the snow off all cars in the parking lot. Much appreciated.

Hotel was clean smelled good when I walked into the lobby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Swimming pool was small but clean, towels were stocked didn't have to ask for any.

This place is perfect if you need a place to stay if you’re from out of town and have surgery or a doctor appointment at St. Alphonsus. It’s also right next door to the biggest mall in the area. It’s easy to get to off of I-84, close to many various restaurants, and not far from downtown Boise, although I would have to drive there. It’s clean, our room was spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare but always appreciated. We will definitely stay there again, probably when I have my eight week follow-up.

Clean, friendly staff, great location for access to shopping! We found the beds too hard for our liking, and the doors are very loud. Even closing the door to our own restroom in the middle of the night could wake someone up. Beautiful view of the Boise foothills, though. Loved all the toppings offered with oatmeal at breakfast!
