A fresh new hotel that smelt amazing throughout. Friendly staff & lots parking.
The continental breakfast could be manned a little better as some food had run out which we had to ask for & wait to be replenished but otherwise nice.

It was in a great location, very clean, comfortable bed, very good shower. All Staff cleaners and administration where excellent. Good size room. Very good and quiet Air Conditioner.
The room was decked out for its design not functionality, the chairs where very hard and very uncomfortable. The fridge was very small, with a glass door, no door storage. Very small and flimsy shelves, making storage in the fridge very limited. Even the chairs in the foyer where very hard and uncomfortable. The bench space where the kettle jug was, was very small and cramped.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable
No restaurant onsite, breakfast was only continental and @ $16.50 was not worth it.

Location was convenient for our needs and staff were helpful in arranging for our late arrival.
Newly built with very spacious room and very large bathroom area.
Cups were stained and no dish cloth or tea towel provided to help keep that area tidy.

We thought the breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the king bed.TV was a nice surprise.

Rubbish left in room , missing pillows and dirty tissues in the bed which means no sheets changed or pillow cases that’s disgusting on all levels for this hotel

The location suited me and it was good to have Club Cardinia next door for meals. Bathroom and beds were very good. Well appointed brand new rooms - very comfortable.
Check in was a little slow. I am yet to receive my tax receipt/invoice by email having checked out before reception opened at 7am

Noise control was horrendous on mesh surround in room 355. Wind kept us awake all night and we had to go out during the day. Then the second night we had to vacate room twice and stand in the wind In The Carpark due to faults on the AC panel.
Also bathroom needs vent or at least a toilet spray supplied.

Room space was great. Beds very comfortable. Loved the hotel scent throughout.
A luggage trolley is really needed. We had to make multiple trips up and down to bring down all our items. Having a trolley would have been great.

Fridge in 224 doesn't work. Hotels should give up offering breakfast. I travel intensively and I have NEVER, EVER found breakfast to be even half decent. Mercure Pakenham was disgusting.

We arrived very late and instructions to receive our room key were provided in detail with no dramas. Very modern property and great bed

Just for one night I take my own breakfast .
I have stayed here before and loved it so everything was as I expected it to be.
My leg isnt working as well as I might hope and I found it very difficult to get into bed. Not being very tall it requires jumping into bed and my leg wasnt up to that idea. So I spent most of my night on the couch. Not sure what I will do next time as I am told, all the beds are of the same height.

King bed was comfy as, bathroom was spotless and next door, a
2 minute walk to food and entertainment at the "Cardinia Club"was so convenient.

Lovely big room. very comfortable beds. Nice large bathroom. I will stay here again. It was nice and quite too. It to get to from the highway.
Did not receive the sms on how to get into the building as we came after hours but the staff I spoke to were very helpful and we got in there quickly.
