Alloggio piccolo molto carino, arredamento nuovo, bagno abbastanza grande per la misura della casa, palazzo con ascensore ed ottima comunicazione con il proprietario, tramite messaggi!

Ventilatore pieno di polvere grossa, se qualcuno è allergico è un problema, non consiglio la zona se si viaggia da sole, meglio in compagnia

It was good and clean

it was modern, everything was there and the neighborhood is nice and calm.

Toilet flush stopped working on third day. Heated towel rack not working. Shower drain needs unclogging. We were supposed to have access at 1 pm on day of arrival. But didn’t get it until 2 pm. This was after making calls back to Booking.com 1-800 number in North America and staying on hold for over half a hour while they tried to reach their French counterparts. Stood around outside for hour with no where to go. There should be someone to meet your guests and walk them through and answer any questions if they have. We were provided codes to gain access to the property via email. Everything was in French! We don’t speak french! Try providing your customers with a local contact number they can call next time. Beyond that, the the bachelor apartment was good value for what it provides.

well organised,clean, warm,i found all what i need to cook or to clean. near from all transport stations (bus,metro…) and the host was so friendly

1) Nice cozy studio. The stay was very comfortable. Very clean, new and well maintained studio. Perfect for a couple. 2) Superb & well equipped kitchen with basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, etc. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities and in addition to some home automation systems (security codes, etc.). They have paid attention to tiny details. 3) You have a supermarket opposite of the building. There are also other supermarkets & restaurants nearby.

1) The location was a bit away for tourists, but if you’ve the luxury of time, it just takes 15 -20 mins to reach the nearest metro and bus station, which is well connected to major parts of the city.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, the host welcomed us and showed us everything related to the apartment. We were only missing slippers, but that wasn't a big problem. It is probably 50 minutes to an hour from the center of Paris, but it is well connected to T1 and the metro, in principle it seems to be much closer. I hope we didn't leave a big mess, we had an early flight. Until next time.
