We stayed in this house a few years ago and were excited when it was available for our trip this year. It's a great house, and the location to the beach is unbeatable.

We were not able to access this home due to ice/snow storm that closed roads and cut off power to coast, including town of Manzanita. Although this is not the fault of the home owner we were not able to speak with a local property manager to assess local storm conditions etc.
we will see how the travel insurance handles our claim.

The space and location of the house was great. There are repairs needed in the house that would have made our stay more comfortable. Was very difficult to communicate with VRBO, so did not get things fixed.

Loved the separate TV and reading/quiet rooms. Kitchen had everything (except a potato peeler). View from porch was good—could see water and crashing waves. Also loved the dog friendly atmosphere (as did our dog). Overall it’s a ten!

It is wonderful to feel so welcomed and it is such a roomy home, a half block from the beach. We were 7 adults and 3 dogs.

Very nice, clean house with great furnishings and artwork. Plenty of room. Excellent location close to the beach and to town. One problem was the master bed - it featured a very thick memory foam topper and a soft mattress, making for a restless night. Thank goodness there were only 4 in our party and we could retreat to an upstairs bedroom for the next two nights and get a great night's sleep on two very comfortable beds.

This was our first visit to Manzanita. Very cute, small beach town. Extremely dog friendly with most businesses allowing dogs to enter. Only a few restaurants in town and they close around 8 pm so plan accordingly. There is a nice grocery store on the main drag.
The house is beautiful with a perfect location only about 1/2 a block to the beach. It is tastefully furnished and large. The kitchen is nice with all necessary dishes and appliances to make our stay comfortable. The dining table next to the kitchen seats 8 people quite comfortably. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor. The additional bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. All the bedrooms are similar in size and again tastefully furnished. A couple of small minuses, there were no outside garbage cans for us to empty garbage cans from the house. We contacted Vacasa, they have an office right in town. They were very reactive to help solve the situation, but as it was Friday they couldn’t get us any garbage cans until Monday after we had checked out. Wouldn’t have been an issue except we were traveling with a baby in diapers. The other issue is the TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t working. Had a piece of tape on it that read TV not working. Needs to be removed and replaced. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Perfect spot for stormy weekend beach getaway. It would be perfect in good weather, too, as it’s a brief walk to beach. Very clean. Great kitchen and dining area for gathering. Would surely enjoy renting again.

Three generations (30’s, 60’s, and 90’s) stayed at this pretty home close to beach. Main floor bedroom and bath well-suited for 94-year-old, with less than 2 blocks to beach. Well-stocked kitchen was one of the best we have experienced in a rental. Lovely art and nice furnishings throughout. Didn’t give it 5 stars because home should be better maintained. Front door sticks going in and carpets stained. Floors had not been vacuumed thoroughly because we found several pills on floors of upstairs bedrooms shortly after checking in.

We’re 8 elders and the layout of the house is nearly perfect for us, hence our 2nd visit in less than a year. The kitchen is more than adequate and the 2 living spaces allows alone, quiet time. We had a problem with one of the beds and the owner made the switch that same day. The living area and one bedroom is on the first floor with only 3 steps to enter the house accommodates one of us with mobility issues perfectly well.

Treasure Cove is a lovely home! Four girlfriends and I stayed there this past weekend and had a wonderful time. We chose this house in particular because it was only two doors down from the beach! A one minute walk gets you right onto the beach. It was easy access and we walked for hours!
Plus, they allow dogs, which was so nice - my friend brought her sweet dog, Hannah. They had a small bucket of bowls and towels set up just for her.
There were two living rooms and we used both! One has a really nice window seat and the other has a working fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed. Many of us are artists so we really enjoyed the variety of art on the walls.
We had fantastic weather so we were able to enjoy the front porch in the cozy chairs. Perfect for coffee in the morning. We had a lovely stay!

The furnishings and art work were beautiful. The beds and linens were soooo comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. Plenty of room to spread out OR hand out together. Just a few steps to the beach and a short walk to downtown.

Location was great for both our Bigs and Littles. A good amount of space for everyone, fully equipped including a lot of towels etc that are great for the beach. Our family has been coming to Manzanita for several years. We would love to come back to treasure Cove again!

Wonderful home located steps away from the beach and shops. Everything you could need. Clean and updated. Don't hesitate to rent here. One Note-please put the WiFi code in the book (one in there was outdated) or somewhere obvious for guests. Finally found it in the letter that we picked up from Sunset Vacation Rentals, but it took us quite a while to hunt it down.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location of this property was perfect for our extended family of 8 plus toddler. The 4 bedrooms accommodated all our sleep/bed needs and the location was fabulous. We spent most of our time outside. A few items need attention but overall it was a great stay for our annual trip.
