Balboa Peninsula Beaches n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, vous pourrez donc laisser votre voiture au parking dont dispose l'hébergement ou sauter dans votre véhicule pour le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Newport Pier.
Pour votre confort, une cafetière, des ustensiles de cuisine et un grille-pain sont à votre disposition. Connectez-vous au Wi-Fi ou installez-vous confortablement devant la télévision avec chaînes par câble ou satellite. Et puisque vous aurez accès à une laverie automatique à proximité, inutile d'encombrer vos bagages.

Though the property is on a major street, it wasn't too noisy and we didn't have any problems like some other reviewers mentioned.
It's in the property itself that we had issues. There were ants in the kitchen every single day. They were all in the cabinets and drawers. The kitchen amenities were also lacking. The pots and pans were so badly scratched we ended up not using them. We were also missing a garage door opener which inconvenienced us since the only parking spots we had were in the garage. Also, two of the bedrooms were freezing cold at night while the other bedroom was too warm. All in all, we made it work, but we would not recommend this place.

The best part of this listing is the beach toys available in the garage. There are plenty. Beware some of the chairs are not in usable condition. We opened a chair and it was ripped and unable to be utilized. Thankfully, there were many others. This listing stated that the upstairs unit has A/C. IT DOES NOT. Neither the upstairs nor downstairs is equipped with A/C. As mentioned in a previous review, this duplex borders a VERY busy & loud street. Both units, especially the downstairs unit, were not clean at all. The floors were filthy and sticky, bathroom has mold on the walls and lots of dirt/stuff in the light fixture. Ripped cushions on furniture, furniture is falling apart. Leaves are everywhere just outside the sliding door in the living room, and the front entry was so dirty I had to clean it myself just to be comfortable walking in and out of the place. The faucet in the kitchen is awkward and it sticks. All utensils must have been purchased from the Dollar Store. The outside garbage cans sit next to the downstairs master bedroom and the house is infested with flies, nats and ants. Every day (4 days) we had to mitigate flies, nats & ants. Our overall experience was fun because of our friends/family and our time at the beach, so we barely tolerated the house. The management company did respond to the fly/ant/nat issue, and the a/c problem by bringing traps & portable A/C units, but they were not effective. It was also a full 24 hours after check-in before anyone showed up to correct the problem. I also noticed that the listing reflects "No Pets" in one location and "Pets Allowed" in another. The bed linens did not feel clean, and the bed skirt in the master bedroom is disgustingly dirty. Either the owners or the management company, or both need to get it together if they want to succesfully rent this place. For us, we will stick to renting from the amazing rental companies in Newport we are familiar with, as there are plenty. I don't like writing bad reviews because it makes me feel terrible. However, this was an expensive rental for us and I hope the owners and management will take this as constructive criticism and take measures to make their listing more comfortable. When you pay this price there are expectations that come with it. I have many pictures of the interior issues, but do not see where VRBO allows pictures in the review section.

The property itself was fine and it good condition. The location, although close to the beach, was right on the busy main road and next to the bus stop. In the late evening there was lots of road traffic (think rev-big motorcycles racing on the main road) it was very loud especially for our sleeping young children since you have to keep the windows open as there was no A/C In this unit only a heating option.

You should know when you rent this house it sits on the corner of a very busy road and there is a city bus stop right off your patio door. Be prepared for what you can imagine comes with staying next to a bus stop. Being next to a busy road also makes it a very loud place to stay.
