Felt just like home, in a good way.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The cleanliness, location and especially the response of the property manager to any questions was terrific. The condo was well stocked and it was the perfect spot for our needs.

This property is just as advertised! A lovely, beautifully decorated villa in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood on the marina! My wife and I stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary and could not have been happier! The property is extremely clean inside and out! The owners' thoughtfulness is beyond compare. We have stayed at many VRBOs over the past 15 years and this is the first property where the owners provided sufficient and, more importantly, QUALITY paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), dishwashing detergent, clothes washing detergent, lint rollers, hand washing soap, linens, etc. and they even left bottled waters in the refrigerator! These "little things" mean a LOT! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need to cook, including some spices, etc. It is approximately 1 hour drive to Charleston so it was a perfect place to take in Charleston during the day with a quiet and peaceful place to rest in the evening. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store less than 5 minutes away for anything you may need while staying at this property. The onsite restaurant, Salty Dog, is a great place for an early evening dinner without driving to the city - the food and service was excellent! Overall, this is a GREAT place for a couple's get away or for a small family! Local residents in the neighborhood are very friendly and quiet and we felt very safe during our stay! Highly recommend!

We recently had to travel to Charleston for a funeral. And needed a place to stay. This place couldn’t of been anymore perfect! Beautiful and clean. The views where amazing.

The property was just as pictured. It was lovely and very clean. It also had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful time. We were there mostly for regatta weekend so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the condo or marina but the time we did spend was fun.

This location is absolutely immaculate. Extremely clean. Spacious for it's overall size. We had three total guests and it was a perfect fit. We fished in the Governor's Cup tournament and it is such a pleasure to book at dockside location while fishing in these. Highly recommend to anyone chartering or staying on location for boating in general. We would absolutely rent this location again.

Twenty years ago we owned a condo on Seabrook. I fell in love with the river, the beach, the wildlife, the people. For my birthday this year I asked for a couple days of relaxation there and chose your Bohicket condo for our destination. I felt my heart swell as we drove under the canopy of live oaks and felt at home as we entered Bohicket. Your condo was perfect. Welcoming and comfortable, with all details attended to perfectly. Even the rainy weather couldn't dampen our spirits. Will certainly return.

Bohicket Marina Village is quaint subdivision at the marina. Excellent locale between Kiawah and Seabrook. Condo very clean and well stocked. Great hostess! Enjoyed our visit!

This is one of the sweetest stay that I have experienced. Everything in sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, throws were freshly clean. Sit by the patio overlooking the Marina in early dawn or evening sunset. Eateries and stores are within walking distance. Serene walk along the tree-lines streets to the beach. This sweet little gem really pampered all my senses. Thank you, Margaret. I loved my stay!

Very cute first floor unit. Back glass doors open to marina and marsh view. Extremely clean. Everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Unit is before the Seabrook gate. Very close to Fresh fields. Nice little gem!

Love the Area, took my wife for the weekend because we never get to go anywhere together. Harold's property was perfect, everything went perfect and the view was great! Spent the day in Freshfields and my wife wife loved every minute of it. We def will be staying again hopefully in the near future.

My husband and I needed a place to relax for the weekend to get away from all of life’s chaos. We picked the perfect place. Quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view. We walked the boardwalk that’s right at the back door … and had breakfast one morning. Then walked and had dinner at Salty Dogs that night. Hands down, wonderful stay. We hated to leave! Plus, the host, Margaret is also great!

We love everything about the condo, it’s location and surrounding area. Relax outside with your favorite beverage and be amazed by the dazzling sunsets! The furnishings and king size bed are all so comfy. Plus, the owners are such accommodating super nice people. Matter of fact everyone we met there was equally as nice. We will rent here again!

This condo had a definite beautiful beach decor; was spotless; and was well-supplied with kitchen items, linens and the coziest throws. The owners had directions for the tv, entrance door and Wi-Fi easily accessible. We had a very relaxing and fun vacation. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with others. T&B

This Villa was the perfect getaway for us to celebrate a birthday. The Villa is absolutely remarkable and we had such a great time relaxing and refreshing for a few days! I didn't want to leave!
