Let me just start off by saying that Jerri was a great host. While on the way to the house for our week stay, I messaged asking if there was a grill on site. She said no, but she ordered one and had it delivered by the time we arrived along with a bag of charcoal. She also told us that the house was ready before noon and that we could check in whenever we wanted. The house itself is super cute and very inviting. There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our family that went so there was plenty of space and then some for us. The screened in porch was a nice place to relax while the kids played in the pool. The beach was only a few blocks away which was great for early morning sunrises and watching the fireworks on the 4th. Unfortunately during our stay, there were red flags almost the entire time, so we spent most of our beach time at St. Andrew's State Park about 30 minutes away. Jerri was great about checking in multiple times while we were there asking if we needed anything, how our trip was going, and reminders about the flags at the beach. On one of the last days we were there she offered us the house for an additional day or 2 since we were from Texas and driving back home during the time of the hurricane. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we travel to PCB again in the future.

Although the property is not on the beach and no view it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a nice vacation in it. We found the house stocked with most everything we would need. It was plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed quality family time nightly with chats and playing games. Memories were made and that is all that matters. The house was clean upon arrival with no wait for elevators or parking decks which was amazing!! I found our host to be very attentive and available when I had questions. If you’re looking for a place to relax with your family and pets look no further - go ahead and book it !!

The house was just as advertised. Clean, welcoming and had everything we needed in the kitchen and outdoor fun. Kids loved the pool and dogs loved the yard and I loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening wine. House is 10min to Pier Park where there are beach restrooms and places to grab food and drink with plenty of parking.

The house is exactly as pictured. Its just a short drive to all the tourist areas but nice and quiet. It is a great escape from the hustle of the busy areas. There was a golf cart rental within walking distance that provided awesome service. Not far from Pier Park that has tons of stuff. If you have pups the backyard is fenced giving them a safe place to play. The pool was perfect for us. Overall great experience. This was my first time using any thing like VRBO and it will be hard to live up to Jerri's kindness and responsiveness.

We had an amazing stay at Boho Beachy. We went with another family and the house was the perfect size. There was plenty of parking for our two large trucks and boat. Our kids enjoyed the pool and were there when they installed the putt putt course. They thought is was super cool that the hole would light up at night as well as the golf balls would glow in the dark. We brought our dog with us and he loved running around the spacious yard. Jerri was an amazing host, she checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We encountered some rough weather during our stay and she made sure to not only let us know about the alerts in the area but to check to be sure we were safe after the storms had passed. Next time we are in the area we will definitely check to see if the house is available and we will also recommend to friends and family. Thanks Jerri!!

This was a great little place. Driving distance to the dog park was minimal. The owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time away.

Very cozy place to stay. It is very close to the beach and the pool is very relaxing.
