This was my second stay here. Just like the first time, the room was clean, comfortable, and well priced. The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The only disappointment was the hot tub being out of order, especially since I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. Might just be bad timing on my part, but this seems to be a common occurence at hotels. Someone's kid probably left a yule log floating in there.

Posted photos are out dated. Safe was great. But the carpet and room has significant wear. We booked this specifically for the indoor pool and more so for the hot tub that wasn’t functional and closed off. The pool was too cold as It was heated and even being indoors It was too cold to enjoy. The staff and service is the only thing to truly note as they tried to do the best with what they have to work with.

the hotel room was clean. but one of the sheets were burnt ? there was no iron Bord . sadly the jacuzzi was not working. we were by the pool so the outside people were kinda loud at night . it was an okay stay ...

The stay itself was as expected a descent place near the airport for an early morning flight the next day. Unfortunately I accidentally booked the day of the flight and not the night before, the hotel refused to move the reservation even though they had plenty of rooms available I ended ok up having to pay for an additional night.

I chose this hotel because it was 1 minute from airport which is important with a 6am flight. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Staff were great - friendly and accommodating. And if you get stuck in Fresno, it’s directly across the street from the airport (FAT) - walking distance! Hotel property is older and run-down.
Our shower head dribbled out water, and the knob was broken - like fell completely off broken. Carpet in the room was funky - like don’t walk barefoot funky. Linen on the bed was questionable - truly needed to be retired/replaced. Pillows were ok, mattress was mids at best. Oh, and the whole place smelt like chlorine because of the indoor pool - so weird.
Price was reasonable, which was a plus.

Fridge did not work, my food spoiled.
Light did not work as you walk inside the room. That corner was pitch black and had to use my phone light to use microwave.
Outlet in bathroom would come out of wall while using hair dryer.

Overall it was a fine stay, nothing special. It was very clean which we were happy with, even though its a little old. Was slightly dissatisfied with the breakfast selection. AC in our room worked great.

This hotel was ok, our toilette leaked. The pool was freezing for being indoors it should have a heater built in. The front staff couldn’t find me a plate although they have a full kitchen and bar. The wifi in the rooms were horrible and I had to go down to the lobby to work.

The hotel is a little dated but clean. Ashley at the front desk was the best part about our stay. We had to stay the night unexpectedly because our luggage didn’t make it on our flight. She was so helpful getting us a room at a decent price. Thanks Ashley!

The hotel is starting to look rundown. The hallway carpet is dirty and sloping. There where gust isn’t the pool that were vaping. We call the front desk. They came out and said we had a guest call about vaping. This put us at risk with the vaping guest. This was so wrong of them. They could have just said vaping was not allowed and that is it. Very unprofessional and put us at risk. Never going there again.

The property was okay had easy airport access. It needs attention though. It needs refreshing as some things are just outdated and appear dirty, especially in the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Be warned, even though the website advertises airport shuttle, it doesn't have that. It is an easy walk though.

I need someone to contact me this was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Had to move two times and they would not honor a credit. They had dirty bathrooms, sheets, pillows, sewage backup

276..Room was clean and of expectation. We went down for breakfast at 945 and there was no food. I had to ask them to restock EVERYTHING. No eggs, no sausage, no potatoes, no fruit, no milk, no coffee (literally nothing). We had to wait 30 mins before anything was restocked. When the food came out it was undercooked.Then when we went back to our room we needed to ask for extension on ck out as we had to wait so long for food. Also the juccuzi was out of service.

Owners need to do better maintenance. Showers need grab rails, slip strips on shower floor. Hallways without a/c so hot that fire doors were left open. limited a/c in dining areas.

This is one of my favorite places to stay while in Fresno because of the indoor pool. The rooms have always been clean and bed is comfortable.

Facility was not well maintained. Clean but in need of repairs & upgrades. no safety bars in shower, no anti slip in tub.
