Eine wirklich bezaubernde liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft bei einer wundervollen und herzigen Vermieterin.
Bei Marlies fehlt es einem an wirklich gar nichts-10/10 Punkten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Amazing view from the room of the mountains. Very clean, lovely host who did her best even though we spoke very little German. 3/4 restaurants all within walking distance. Amazing stay

Our host Marlies was very kind and friendly. She greeted us and showed us around with the brightest smile ! Her place is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is also brand new and spotless clean. We would definitely come back in couple years when we visit the Eagle’s Nest again. Thanks so much Marlies!

great location with amazing views. Very modern apartment with everything we needed. The space is a studio apartment but with a small kitchenette which is well stocked, much better than many other apartments
Bathroom is not connected to the apartment you must first go into the stairwell.

Everything. A beautiful house with a wonderful panoramic view. Marlies is a great host, very smiley! We appreciate attention to details, such as dishes. Bathroom has been renovated and it was very cleaned.

This apartment is situated at a hill where you can have very nice view!
the whole place is so well made. Love how they decorate and all the provided utilities. my partner was very impressed that they also provide the small fire place in the room for the guest to use, it was sooo cozy.
The host provided very well communication even she was not around.

The host was very VERY nice and helpful. The apartment had a beautiful panoramic view to the Alps, and it was big for two people. Everything was in the apartment, like: sink, hotplate, dishes, coffee machine, lot of cupboards etc... The bathroom was super clean and modern. Our very best booking so far. Recommended to everyone.
The narrow roads uphill. :) Nothing else. But it's just a minor glitch, trust me.

The apartment is cozy, but at the same time very modernly designed place. The view from the windows is breathtaking. I really enjoyed the evening walks in the neighborhood and to Berchtesgaden. We received a warm welcome from our host, she even left us welcome drinks and chocolate. Thank you for that :)
