I love the breakfast, I love the staff-they are so courteous, always willing to provide assistance, particularly the one who checked us in the evening (sorry forgot his name. I was so tired and mad, yet he handled the situation very well and went a hundred miles to appease me.

The addresses of the Chateu in your website. There were three addresses, confusing, and Google map sent us to wrong locations and scary roads, coming from Tagaytay. We tried to refresh but it brought us to the same location, and it wanted us to enter the pitch black dark road between Turista Hotel and gasoline station and gps said Purok 1 in Canlubang. That’s the time we called the Chateu for directions but we were told to use the address at the website. There’s no link to click the address. We were told to ask people around but every person we ask don’t know Chateu Bleu. We managed to locate the place after using another App and the third phone. First phone we used google, second phone we used apple app, third phone used waze app.

We like the location and the ambience of Mt.makiling very relaxing

Limited area for smoking...tne indoor pool can be seen from outside. The tv was not working. It was difficult to connect to netflix

- Showers smelled like SEWERS! - My son and I got our allergies fired up because of the room we transferred to previously been fogged for mosquitoes. And we became sick. - The room we transferred from was infested with mosquitoes and the toilet was always clogged. - The showers were not good at all. - On the 6th of April was the day of our check out, I asked if they can arrange something nice for my husband during breakfast and the lady offered us a complimentary slice of cake then I agreed, and I told them if they could get arrangements as well and I will pay for then it would be great! Next morning came, and there was nothing. Not even a slice of cake. I asked the girl whom I spoke to, and her response was like “oh really they didn’t give?” and that was it.
