Three senior ladies on kayaking trip were there for just three nights. Home is nicely cared for on a very quiet street. Close to RT98/19 and spring fed rivers. Beds were super comfortable.

What a wonderful place to stay. Cozy, comfortable, peaceful and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host Pepper is very gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Every amenity is there. New kitchen pots. Stocked with spices and kitchen essentials. Perfect glasswear. Quiet with multiple sitting areas. 2 miles to Publix, multiple restaurants surround. Very little traffic. This is not your typical rental. Like living in your own home.

This house was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The house was on a canal where we were easily able to tie the boat and get to the river and spring.

We found this home last minute for a quick trip to hunt some scallop's. I spoke to the owner a couple of nights before and she was warm, inviting and excited we were going to be her first renters. Our two couples arrived with our boat early afternoon and went by the home to survey the home and docking situation and met with the owner Pepper and her son Scott prior to launching the boat. They were so helpful and the home is in wonderful shape with lots of recent upgrades. The location of this home to the river is ideal and a easy very short ride to many of the local eateries and bars an just around the corner from the inlet to the springs. It couldn't be in a better spot if you ask me. We launch our boat about 1 miles away ( On the same road) at Riverhaven Marina ramp with no wait and a $20 fee which included keeping the trailer for 3 days. We had a great time and found the home to be super cozy with everything needed for a relaxing stay. For the money I don't think you'll find a better option in HS. Scalloping wasn't so great on this trip but the accommodations and host made up for it.
