Super location as we were in the area for a family wedding. The property was large and airy, had everything we needed and hosts were friendly and communicated with us throughout. Bonus having an allocated parking bay. Lovely welcome hamper of goodies left for us and was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing holiday in a gorgeous town with so much within walking distance and comfortable clean and utterly delightful house

We had 1 minor technical problem and it was sorted so quickly that honestly I can write nothing for this.

This was my second stay here. Such a beautiful and clean house and an amazing host. Comfy beds too! Thank you Linda for another great stay!

Property as described on the website. House very clean, beds and lounge comfortable, kitchen well equipped, everything we needed for a weekend away. House on a narrow, quiet road within walking distance of town. Good value considering there were 6 of us staying.

We were very pleased with the property. A couple of small issues. There is only one small parking space, which was occupied when we returned one evening. A lockable parking post would have prevented this. Luckily we could park on the road. A proper 'welcome' pack would have been nice. Couldn't locate terrestrial channels on TV or instructions on how to find them. We would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay very clean and well decorated with attention to detail, kitchen was well equipped with a lovely welcome hamper, great location train station and super market and town center close by.good to see a variety of games to play.

Couldn't find the everyday cutlery at first but located some that looked a little too good in the dining room

Great place to spend some time with friends. Enough room, a great kitchen with a washing machine including dryer. The house is situated close to shops and the center of Bridgend. Comes with a private parking place!

My only issue and its really just a suggestion would be a couple of coat hooks.

From the 1steps we had in this property we was literally amazed by how beautiful + clean and tidy the property was. With an great design for every single room you will found absolutely everything you need to have an amazing comfy stay.

We liked absolutely everything in this property because everything was absolutely spotless.

Close to town and provides parking space. Easy access to main roads and M4 Lots of attractions and beaches within a short drive House was beautifully decorated and furnished. We were very comfortable for our short stay of 3 nights.

Slight smell of damp in some kitchen cupboards Not many Tv channel options The house is on a hill so may not be good for some travellers, but this was fine for us.

A little clogging issues with ground floor toilet. Also kitchen sewer was a bit cloggy.

Happy House was absolutely amazing! so comfortable and homely, Linda thought of so many small touches to make it a fab stay. She left us a gorgeous welcome basket in the fridge! Central location, 2 minutes from the town. Parking space across the road was brilliant. 30 mins from Swansea and 40 from Cardiff - we went on day trips to both. House was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished.

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion would be to add some coat hooks somewhere to hang things up. Apart from that it was perfect!
