The staff is welcoming, very clean, and close to the metro.

We did not have breakfast
1. The traffic jam getting in and out of the parking lot- very inconvenient! We missed the 11 ama mass at the Oratorio as a result of that.
2. In the main door of the lobby, the handicap button was not working. It was very annoying fro someone pushing a wheelchair. Guess opened the door, but no staff offered to help.
3. There was only one elevator in service. We were staying in the 2 or 3er floor (I can’t remember) and there was a big wedding reunion taking place that weekend. The waiting time to take the elevator was very awful. I had to take the stairs several times, but my husband and parents had no choice and had to wait 15 min to catch an elevator. Between the traffic jam and the elevator- we lost 45 min just getting out of our hotel.
4. The room was cramped. I hit my shin with wood frame of the bed- twice when getting around the bed. The space between the sofa bed and the left corner of the bed is too narrow.

Convenient to get to from the airport (cab) . Clean, tasteful and comfortable. Everything we needed after a transatlantic flight. Would stay here again

Breakfast was the worst I ever had and the price extremely steep, coffee in a paper cup and self serve for milk and sugar. Fridge in front leaking water on the floor.
Night light in room not working and toilet dispenser Brocken!
How is this even possible, front entrance in construction and no one mentioned in pre reservation and during!
Should I keep going the worst hotel staying in decades! The standards are way below and the GM has to be aware of only one elevator working .
Too much noise from highway do not get a room adjacent to it!

They did a very good job at disturbing my sleep. The fire alarm went off at 4 am and house keeping came knocking at 10 am “to see if I want anything “ even though my check out time was 12 pm the same day.

Confusing to check in when coming in by car. Better signs outside would help.
TV Remote didn't work. Shower head sprayed a stream of water from the hose connection. Door from garage to elevator doesn't have automatic door opener for people with mobility issues. Automatic door opener for front door didn't work. Bed was soft but not in a good way.

Cleanliness and comfort!
Some bath mats would be a nice addition in the bathroom. Parking should be free for guest. Not enough parking outside. You need to fix the road going out of your property. You should also add an additional roof outside the lobby coz when it rains, you can't avoid not to get wet.

Hotel lobby was beautiful. Street parking available nearby. Hotel room had a fridge and microwave which made life very easy. Everything was clean and new.

The Kosher breakfast was great. It was self-service buffet, basically eat as much as you like, and had everything, very tasty. The gym was very good, and the pool looked very nice although other people were using it. The room was equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee maker that used inserts supplied by housekeeping every day.
Nothing of any seriousness. There were a couple of minor housekeeping foulups, which were corrected when brought to the attention of the staff.

not enough things written in English, the staff were friendly enough but definitely didn’t go out of their way. the door was broken, the pillows were awful, we booked as a family of four and did not have enough towels, asked for more twice and they never came. no where in the description or reviews did it state just how painfully close to the highway it is..

Quiet, very clean, sanitized smell is nice. Room light was flattering, size was spacious. Food was good, I liked that there was a snack counter. Staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the pool and sauna

The hotel was overbooked due to power outage in Montreal so the check-in process was slowed down, and the breakfast buffet was very crowded with food having to be replenished often.
