Fantastic 5 Bedroom Home Just 5 Minute Walk To The Beach
Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (surf, observation des baleines et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Plage Short Sands est à 12 min de marche et Zoo York's Wild Kingdom, à 10 min, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking dont dispose l'hébergement.
De retour de votre escapade, regagnez votre petit nid pour les vacances afin de vous détendre grâce à un jardin, à une terrasse privée où déguster un savoureux cocktail ou encore à du mobilier d'extérieur. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi et télévision.

The house was perfect for our group which had three families, all with children ages 1-9. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Even the little ones could walk without issue.
Everything was clean, and the home is beautiful. The owner was super helpful and well organized.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area from the house, just down a quiet dirt road. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at York. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you could ever need.! The owner even reached out prior to letting us know tin foil was low (sorry they didn’t have any in stock at the local store ) the attention to detail with this home itself is 10 stars in my opinion.! We traveled with my elderly mother (mobility issues) It was such a quick walk to long sands we were able to drive my mom over drop her off and then walk back. The teenage boys in our group brought their bikes and were able to bike all
around with ease and freedom.! They spent a lot of time jumping off the bridge and hopping from beach to beach. York is such a pleasant safe area we felt comfortable with them going off.

I have rented many vacation homes over the years, and I'm happy to say that this was the very best. We stayed as a family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids ages 12 and 8. There was plenty of room for us to spread out (thankfully, since our beach week was not very sunny). We needed a home with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for my parents, and the layout worked perfectly. This home is modern and clean, stocked with absolutely everything you could want or need. A 3-minute walk to ice cream, and a minute further you're on Long Sands Beach. Communication with Brian was easy and friendly. When we couldn't be on the beach, we did family movies, family puzzles and games, and lots of yummy take-out food. This house suited our family group of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and updated with plenty of storage and closets. We cooked meals in the well-supplied kitchen every day, and especially enjoyed the walk-in pantry for storing our groceries!
The location of this property is perfect if your aim is to spend time on Long Sands, just a 5 minute walk. Many beach items are available to use if you have not brought your own. There are beach chairs, beach buggies, and the children’s favorite, boogie boards! It is also just a very short drive into town and to Short Sands.
Communication with owner Brian was excellent. He is very responsive to any questions and available to help with any situation that might arise. We highly recommend this property and plan to rent here again.

We stayed at this property during my bachelorette trip. It accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. The overall house is big and had everything we needed. It was so close to both Long Sands and Short Sands beach. Above all, it was extremely clean and well kept as if it was a brand new house. We were so comfortable and enjoyed being at the house. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property with three families including kids from 10 months to 4 years old. There was a ton of space including beds and baths for each group, a well equipped kitchen, and two family rooms (good for when the kids need breaks.)
The backyard space was big enough for us to have a little picnic and the grill was clean and worked well. There was an outdoor shower for the kids to clean off after a day at the beach and the host provided towels, chairs, and beach buggies.
Long Sands is only a 5ish minute flat walk (and that is with kids) and downtown was a 15 minute walk. There was parking for 5 cars.
House was clean and modern, host was welcoming and communicative. Great experience.

This property is clean, well maintained, and has plenty of space for large groups. The beds were comfy too! It’s a short walk to the ocean. York is a quiet town but a short drive away into Portsmouth, NH. The host Brian was very communicative and was even able to help me out quickly when I realized I accidentally booked the wrong weekend. I highly recommend this property.

This house is super comfortable and cozy for a winter's stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms are all good-sized and comfy, the showers work well, and the kitchen/living/dining area is great to hang out in. There's a Hannaford grocery store 10 minutes away. We walked to the lighthouse on Nubble point and hiked up Mt Agamenticus - both very close by. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Only downside is all of the restaurants and businesses in York were closed for the winter. For takeout, we had to pickup in Portsmouth, a 25 minute drive. Brian was very helpful and responsive.

Hands down, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at! Spacious, clean, with all the amenities and more (they even had a Christmas tree in the living room!). Brian was extremely communicative and responsive. This house was perfect for our girls weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This was our first time staying at the house. We were a group of 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ranging in age from 16 to 7). The house was perfect. The kids were able to hang out on the top floor with their own living room space while the adults were downstairs in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the home was immaculate. We loved being close to Longs Sands Beach and downtown. We will definitely be back!

This enormous beautiful home is situated in a cozy neighborhood just minutes from the beach and town of York. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Brian is an amazing host and was extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our weekend. There was plenty of room for 10 adults to spread out, and everyone kept commenting on how great the space was. All amenities were top notch, supplies were stocked, and the location was perfect. It was a total bonus that we had a large backyard to enjoy morning yoga as a group! (Shoutout to Yoga on York for coming to us for that experience.)
The beds were comfortable, and the living space on the top floor was a great space to get cozy together for hours of talking and laughing. I truly think this rental made our weekend as successful as it was. I am so thankful, and highly recommend staying here!!

Brian was an excellent host and his house is even better! We were very pleased that the home was stocked with everything we needed; from a large pot to cook lobsters, a grill with a gas line (no propane needed), comfortable beds and plenty of beach chairs and toys for the little ones. We lucked out and got incredible weather in early May, and walked less than 5 minutes to the beach for a swim every day! The neighbors were quiet and friendly, and we would definitely come back here. The best thing about this property is the layout; three floors of space for everyone to spread out! Even with 14 adults, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space to make everyone feel like they weren't on top of each other. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Brian was a very generous and flexible host who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!!

This property was amazing! It was perfect location for our family to gather before the holidays. The house was very clean, updated, spacious and had everything we needed and then some. More beds than we even needed. Three floors. Wall to wall updated floors, decor, etc.
The renters were very accessible to contact and left great instructions.

We go to York the same weekend every year with our adult children and our young grandchildren and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Within walking distance of pretty much everything, including both long sands and short sands beaches, the downtown area, zoo, general store and more! Molly was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!
