None of the worst hotel booking in my life.
OYO has cheated us heavily. When we reached at Lavish Hotel at Hyderabad, they said that no room was booked for us. The hotel owner asked us to pay 7000 rupees, Where as I had paid 1440 ruppes (50%) as advance already & remaining Rs 1440 was only due.
When contacted to OYO, the representatives told me to wait on line & they will get a solution to me. But the POYO representative kept me hanging for a period of 1.5 hours two times, without any response. At that time I visited hotel with my family. So, I requested the hotel owner & paid an amount of Rs 6000/-.
Very very senseless response by OYO. I wish this cheating company to vanish as fast as possible.
