The facility is dated but very well maintained and meticulously clean. The area is safe and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. A very nice place to stay.
The parking lot is very steep. Showers are inside bathtubs which can be difficult for mobility issues. The breakfast offered was only packaged breakfast bars and muffins, but it was very nice that they had something available. You can feel the care and hard work put in to make your stay comfortable.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff at the front desk, and close to hiking trails.
Some communication mix-ups. We were given the key to our room, but when we opened the door we saw it was not ready yet. The next day when we got back, the keys no longer worked to get in so we had to go back and get them reprogrammed. Then we saw housekeeping took our used towels, but forgot to leave fresh ones. Front desk was very good to quickly help with all of it, though.

Room was clean and it was pretty much what I had expected. Hotel was located in a nice area. Restaurants and Ozarks Amphitheater are a short distance from hotel.
Breakfast was sparse. I was expecting something more substantial. Instead, we had a choice of cold cereal, packaged muffin, and yogurt.

Need better & bigger Coffee Pots For Each Room. One Cup Coffee Pots Suck. And The Beds& Pillows Were not Very Comfortable.

We didn’t have maid service during our 3 night stay and didn’t know why. When we checked out, we were asked if we had requested maid service for our stay. I was unaware that we needed to request that. I wish we had known that when we checked in.

Great, helpful staff. We attended concert at Ozark Amphitheater, and there was shuttle from hotel front desk told us about, it was perfect and convenient!

The room not as advertised. It didn't matter to us but it might to someone. Booking said the room had a sofa and a washer and it had neither. Office closes at night, I didn't realize that and had to call someone to get our key.

The room was clean and spacious. We didn't have any issues. The pictures don't do it justice. It ended up being better than I thought it would be. I loved the cleanliness of the linens and the bathroom. I loved that we were able to see our cars from the window.
There wasn't much I didn't like other than location. The location for some might be perfect, but for us, we ended up doing a lot of driving once we figured out what we wanted to do each day and unfortunately the hotel wasn't always close to those things.

It was very comfortable and a perfect location to get to our sons performance at the state concerts without having to overpay for a stay.
Everything. It is hard to pick one thing. I was there for my son. I was able to get to him and save money without paying more than anyone should.

The rooms were clean and modern. There was lots of parking. Food options nearby and close to my conference and a shuttle to and from conference.
No one came during my 3 day stay to clean, refill toilet paper or Kleenex. I wish they had a continental breakfast. Mid day my key stopped working and had to be reset.

Centrally located in Lk Ozark, clean and safe. Bed was very comfortable.
It was a $35 uber ride each way to get to our venue. We had thought it was closer. Requested additional pillows for the room on arrival, and they didn't come before we left for our event. When we got back, they had never shown up. Also, it was Bike Week so the parking lot was very noisy in the early morning and our room faced right on the lot.

The location was close enough to everywhere I was planning to go, but far enough from some of the noiser areas of town to be nice and peaceful. This is definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to! Staff was very friendly and competent and check in/out was quick and easy!
