New, clean and nice staff

Bathroom with no locker.

The hotel looks modern and the decoration is nice. The rooms are big, they have clean bathroom and modern. I really liked our room.

Honestly, just the price. I wish it was a little cheaper for just a night.

Very clean , comfortable bed comfortable pillows the room was nice and big and a beautiful breakfast.

The only downfall, which was really not a big deal, but kind of confusing what’s having to put my key card in the slot in the wall for the lights to come on I had to get my key card every time even in the middle of the night because my husband is disabled so it was a little nerve-racking.

New, very clean, convenient location. Standard filling continental breakfast. Quiet room - seems to be a good sound insulation materials used during the construction. The only comment is a barm sliding door without a lock separating the living area and a bathroom: it feels like no privacy.

There was a non-stop buzzing sound in our room. It continued all night, and I wasn't able to get any sleep; I got a headache from the buzzing. We had towels that were torn.

Nothing that I can recall. Don't get me wrong it's a decent hotel but just nothing extraordinary that I can remember.

Breakfast should end later during the week. End time of 9am is too early for those on vacation, especially with kids.

Great place close to the sea. About 15-20 minutes to walk to the center. Nice inside pool and we appreciated the work out facilities. Good breakfast!

New hotel so it was very clean. Room was very comfortable and roomy. There is no restaurant but the complimentary breakfast was great!! Staff was very attentive, even text me after I checked in to see how I liked the room. It was also great having the tv with Netflix and music. I will stay again!

Not much for leaving negative comments. But the toilet was too low. Having a bad hip, it was hard for me to get up. Having to use a key card to turn lights on was confusing. It wasn't explained to me when i checked in. I eventually figured it out.

Good location. Good freeway access. Very clean. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast and breakfast area was nice. Heavy chairs on a tile floor were VERY LOUD when moved and was kind of distracting for those around you. Soft slides on the chairs would be good.

Dog in the room across the hall from us. Barked a fair amount and was a little annoying at night.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk that changed our room was very nice and helpful.

We got to a room, unpacked, laid down to rest before leaving to dinner. Noticed it was hot. Oh well, the A/C didn’t work… really? They came and checked and it couldn’t be fixed. We had to pack everything again to move to another room. OK, that can happen, but then we were in a room where the exhaust fan in the bathroom never quieted… yes that’s right, it NEVER stopped making noise. All the time, all night. It drove us crazy. Another thing is that of 2 elevators one didn’t work. and it took forever to be able to get down/up. For what we paid for this hotel we would have expected much better. Very disappointed.
