Our unit is a Coachman Spirit Ultra-lite 2963 BH. It has a very nice open layout, with large windows to enjoy the views, and a separate entry door from the outside for the bathroom. The kitchen sports a spacious refrigerator as well as freezer. The large screen TV is positioned so that it is viewable from either the foot rest recliners or the dinette/convertible bed. The separate master suite with a space saving sliding door has a queen size 10" memory foam mattress which lifts up for ample storage. An outdoor kitchen with minifridge and sink is set alongside outdoor speakers so you can enjoy the outdoors in style under the power awning. The unit comes loaded with approximately 50 gallons of fresh water. We dump waste water at the end of your stay at no extra charge. For longer stays we include a smart tote so you can manage waste if needed, or for an additional charge we can come to you and empty the tanks. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup are included in the delivery charge. We deliver and setup our RV to the campsite or location of your choosing within 50 miles of Indian River, Michigan. We will walk you through operation, and are available to answer any questions you may have. If the unit is required to move, you must contact us. A: Yes, we have our current commercial permit in place with the DNR and are allowed to deliver into state parks. Q: Do you include water in the tank? A: Yes, approximately 50 gallons will be loaded into the fresh water tank when delivered Q: Can we bring our own bedding? A: Yes. If you wish to bring your own bedding, please let us know when booking and we will remove ours to clear space. Q: Do you include a mat/rug? A: We do not include an outdoor camping rug. Indoor mats/rugs are included. Q: Do you include bath towels? A: We do not include bath towels, cloths, or toiletries. Q: Do we have to do the laundry? A: No, it is included in the rental. There are several sets of sheets included. Q: Do we have to pay for the campground fees? A: Yes, this is for the unit rental only. You are responsible for your own bookings.
