I was very disappointed in the breakfast option. I rarely write negative reviews, but I was really expecting someone better

Breakfast worked better when buffet, otherwise limited staff caused slow service. I really liked when there was a self serve coffee station. I can wait longer for food if I do not have to wait for coffee. It was great to have a restaurant and bar onsite. I greatly appreciated the central location that was within walking distance to several other restaurants and shopping areas.

I was not told when I checked in that I needed to re-activate my room key card every day. It was only after I went to the fitness area and could not get into my room and had to return to the front desk that I was told this. It would be much more helpful to be made aware of this at check-in. Nice to have a fitness area but the few machines are in need of serious maintenance. I heard another guest make a similar comment to friends while stating he was going elsewhere to work out.

This property is a average hotel. nothing exceptional about it. hotel is close to downtown, n behind hotel you will find a shopping mal.

rooms like electrical outlet - request, twice, room change in order to get outlets. Front desk staff indifferent to this problem. requested to speak with manager an he could not be reached.

The room and bathroom were clean. The location is centric, you have many stores and restaurants nearby. Nice view.

At the check in, they didn't have my information even though I have already been there before in less then 4 months. The lobby was full of students and a lot of noise, but i understand its not a common event.

1. Room space is big 2. Has restaurant and bar, very convenient 3. Location is great, just steps from Multiplaza mall

1. Hotel at all is too old, need some update 2. The air conditioning machine is too noisy 3. Has no safebox at room, they offer it in frontdesk, but when I asked for it they say there are no safebox available, so this still means NO safebox to use for me, which is VERY inconvenient and unsafe for business travellers. 4. Water pressure and temperature for shower are not good. Not enough water pressure and it's not warm enough. It's not hot water, barely "warm" enough to take a quick shower. 5. No fridge in room 6. TV has good channel selections, but the signal is poor 7. Light in room is too dark. 8. Lack of socket. This is a huge problem because there are just no sockets in the room on the desk. Terrible for business traveller who needs to plug for laptop or phone charger. I had to plug my phone charger in the bathroom! 7. Some staff are not friendly, always answer with cold and poker face. Last thing, avoid room 216 because the hotel's central air conditioning machine is sit just outside the window, and it's running all the time, even you don't have your AC on, it's still running, so definitely way too noisy to stay in the room. Also avoid room near the elevator in 1st floor, like 102, because you can hear everybody walking by outside, and there's also a saloon next to the room, and when there has some event going on, the noise is extremely high.

A little dated overall, but well maintained. Very large comfortable rooms, everything but the TV remote control worked, A/C was the older style and a bit stinky. The restaurant was exceptional, I've traveled to over 40 countries and the dinner chef knows Italian, Greek, Chilean etc dishes, I was impressed. Breakfast offers a host of options. Rooftop bar was quite nice for a complimentary evening beer.

No complaints other than the stinky A/c and a generally lower level of customer service and quality control/assurance as is sadly common in Central America.

The hotel was very nice and the room was beautiful, the continental breakfast was great. I was very happy it had a gate out front of the parking lot and a guard for added security of vehicles parked at the hotel

The roof top bar was closed most of the day and the pool was not in the best shape
