This property worked for our short stay before heading north. The host, Will, is very personable and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to access the property.
There was a minor issue with the card access, but Will was available to assist immediately. It was not an problem.
The property is in walking distance to a family friendly mini-golf, go cart, rock climbing facility. Trader Joe’s and Starbucks were a quick walk across the street and through the parking lot. Target is there too— in case you need it.
The unit we were in was definitely dated. It reminded me of my grandparents home— dated, but everything worked.
I enjoyed coffee by the pool, which is clean. Hummingbirds and butterflies flitted all over near the pool area in the early morning and evening.
It’s a charming place. The hummingbirds are just enchanting.

Getting into the condo was super easy! Parking was easy to find and the condo was very clean! So happy with our experience this weekend

The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed to make this a really fun weekend. The location is close to shopping and fun at Boomers.

Property manager was available both times I called and helped us with our issue right away. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and plenty of space. Convenient walk to restaurants and store!

Lovely condo while visiting the Palm Springs area with our adult daughter. Very comfortable and spacious condo. Two large bedrooms with connected baths, laundry facilities available and pool. Very attractive grounds and easy walk to Trader Joe’s and Target for supplies. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

This quiet, CLEAN, gated condo was so spacious, comfortable, well stocked and decorated so nicely that we wished we had planned to stay even longer!!! Loved our view, the pool and walking to Trader Joe’s or Target in a few minutes👏 Location was perfect! Excellent communication with Will and his response was almost instant! We highly recommend and would stay again👍

My husband and our son with his dog really liked this place. The two bedrooms each have their own big bathroom. The private balcony off of the kitchen was nice. The we enjoyed the clean swimming pool, only steps away. Trader Joe’s being so close was very convenient. It was only a short drive to some hiking trails, Palm Springs restaurants, and golf courses. The living room is big to relax in, and the kitchen had everything we needed when we chose to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband, son and his girlfriend visited in the third week of May. Used this unit as a jumping off point for Joshua tree national Park. It’s particularly good to go in through the south entrance. Use Cottonwood station as your GPS destination. This entrance is much less crowded and the western one, where most Los Angelenos come in.
It’s basically in Palm Springs, which has a lovely downtown and is a good place for dining and shopping.
Will’s place is clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and pool in the evening.
Perfect for two couples. Highly recommend.

This was an ideal place for 2 couples to stay. Lots of space, quiet, plus views of the mountains. It is on the 2nd floor, so there were outdoor stairs.

Spacious unit in gated area with all the amenities necessary. Within walking distance of Target and Starbucks. One of my top highlights was on the windows with natural light coming into every area!

Exceptionally clean. Very good sleep in nice bed with comfy bedding - felt safe in the quiet neighbourhood.. Loved the pools. Would definitely stay again.

Will was responsive and very approachable. Nice place, very spacious. Fantastic kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Very comfortable king sized beds. Very Clean. Dining room furniture and carpet due for an overhaul. Nice pool area and laundry facilities. West bedroom a little noisy for a light sleeper. Quick couple minute walk to Target, Trader Joe's, Starbucks and El Polo Loco. Would definetly stay here again. Needed a few more instructions on the evil exit gate. Pull up slowly, keep a car length away and get ready to put your car in reverse. The gate opens inward and there isn't much room for error. Close to several golf courses too.

Centrally located Condo with some good updates to make it feel very comfortable and safe. Plenty of space to spread out with a great floorplan. Well stocked and equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Complex is quiet and peaceful, very relaxing vibes. Great access to the entire valley. We needed a place to stay with amenities to entertain our kids while the boys played some golf! The property is located to plenty of restaurants and activities along with having a pool! It was really quiet at night. Furniture was extremely comfortable and clean.

Loved this property! The condo was clean and spacious. Each room has a private bathroom. The owner was Uber responsive and tended to all our needs! He apparently has several properties; Will was so nice I’ll look him up for his properties first when I’m in the area!
