Amazing stay good food good place

The food service was not good. Took 80 minutes to deliver

Construction work was going on... could not able to attend clients call and Online meeting due to disturbances. checkout early in the morning and check in another hotel for same day. feel bad on my selection

The rooms were comfortable & clean. Staff was really good.

Very spick and span..pleasant fragrances abound. It was a cozy stay without any hassles. Like a home away from home. Attached Toilet, albeit on the smaller side, won me over with its tidiness. Just one more thing..prepare to be blown away by the quality of food..finger-lickingly top notch. Hats off to the chef...good job there.

Non responsiveness from staff once or twice caused me slight discomfort...not much to complain about here.

The rooms were good . And there was everything available like geyser , towel, ac , water etc .

First we reached at 12 to check in . No one picked our luggage from car and we didn’t say anything . They allotted us one room at 1:30pm . we had to wait and beg so much , the second room was alloted at 2:30pm after hundered calls . The staff was lost and didn’t fulfill the services . we ordered food but they forgot the order ,we had no choice at 12am cz everything was closed and had to wait more for food . Again same happened in the morning with breakfast, they misplaced the order and kept us waiting . we later checked out in anger . The food service was late and don’t know who was taking the order who kept misplacing it.

The Room is very big with reasonable price provide mosquito liquid All staff is professional and management is so good food is delicious and very near to NH-16 and one thing is Toilet is very neat and clean provide 2nos towesl every double occupancy room wifi is so fast interior design is amazing

Absolutely nothing

Everything, small rooms, overpriced, with mosquitoes,insects and lizards in the rooms, no lift and ongoing construction in hotel, no gaurd, inexperienced staff and bad management,average food( we ultimately ordered from Zomato), and on top of that it is not even on main road, it is in side road with no way for vehicle to make a U-turn. House keeping take away toiletries / towels and do not replace them. Poor internet connection and even weaker in house WiFi network. And waaaaay overpriced at 3500/- plus taxes, should be worth a lot less. Broken almirah in room and smelly drain in bathroom. Please don't go by fake reviews on websites. You can get much better stay in 3500/- per night.

The bed was not comfortable to sleep. And like wise the bedsheet was not good also....the towel was also not good
