The price.
The name is not Vento. The sign says Sunrise Hotel. I think the ratings by customers are for a previous time and hotel name.
There was a broken lamp in the room, no shampoo, hair dryer or Kleenex. There was about an inch gap under the door to the outside. The person on duty spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate. I think the hotel as it’s listed on Booking.com is a misrepresentation.

This is an older hotel, but John has done a wonderful job updating it. Our room was spacious and clean. My bed was very comfortable. The security lights and cameras made me feel very safe during our stay. Kudos to John for being a wonderful host.

Bed was comfortable.
Rooms were shabby. No toilet paper. No drinking cups. Cockroach on bathroom floor. Towels were old and skimpy. No cover on light switch. No alarm clock.

Clean comfortable uniquely furnished room. Great pet friendly place. Manager was very accommodating and friendly with both pet and us. Best value for a persons traveling with dog.

We only stopeed here for a night on our weekend trip. We were happy with the room and the price was great for our short stay. John is really nice and always there to help out. The room was big enough for the four of us, it had a microwave and a fridge so we could prepare breakfast in the morning before heading on. The location is good. Easy to find and near main attractions.
The furniture is a bit outdated, but everything was still working fine. And for us it was still more then enough.

my room was just rehab all new flooring and furniture. still had the bath and toilet in separate room from wash bowl. also electric wiring needs changing
location was in an industrial area. the signage is Sunset Motel no reference to Vento except on the receipt l. was given.

The owner mgr very friendly and helpful even let me see room first very nice rooms and was quiet no loud parties or roudy people best motel stayed at in a long time will be back again

The price was very exceptional. I feel we got more than what we paid for. The entire place looked clean and kept up well. The room was very clean. John was exceptionally nice and accommodating. It was pretty quiet for the most part.
The only thing that could have been better was the shower head. I'm not much above 5 foot and I had to duck to get my head under the water. Not a deal breaker by any means because the bathroom was super clean.

John was more than efficient and though obviously very busy had no problem taking the time to assist us with no hesitation. He was very friendly and informative. Our room was freshly cleaned and looked great!
The large sign outdoor was misleading as it had a completely different name and it was a bit dark while en route but the place itself was well lit

The room was very large. I loved the fact that one bed was softer than the other. Best sleep in a hotel I've had in years thanks to the bed!

Staff was awesome I got in late and it was cold but the guy who lives on the property had already made sure to turn on the lights and heat so the room would be warm he even asked if I'd like to check the room first. The room wasnt anything fancy but had everything needed for my stay and was quite comfortable. Will be staying there again in future trips

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, nice flat screen TV and newly remodeled. I would definitely stay again. John at the front desk was very kind. I had a great sleep.

John was very sweet and personable
my husband and I had to leave. After showers, I had to scoot around the ceramic tile floors as they were so filthy, in just a few steps it made the towel black. I pulled back the comforter and they’re were black spots and pubic hair throughout the linens. John assured us the room was clean and had fresh sheets. this was not the case. I sent these notes to the motel, along with pictures, and no reply.

Everything about it was exactly what I needed and it's got a homey feel to the room. It's quiet and it's a great value. Plus the staff (John) and the owner (Marcos) are absolutely wonderful! This is the only place I will book with going forward when I'm in Hutchinson!! Excellent!!!

Staff was amazing and rooms were clean, the motel has renovated most of the rooms.
Faucets in the tub/shower still needed to be updated but, they worked as they should.
